As usual, excellent, personal help and advice !
Doesn't matter if it's a $3 grommet, still same level of care and service, love our Airds !
spent 40 minutes in store today, went thru 3 different problems I had, thru discussion , they came up with the simplest solutions ! Always feel like a valued customer, great old fashioned rural Australian country service, always employing experienced staff but also employing so many of our young kids often in their first jobs, great asset for Nanango

Always friendly and provide good advice, I always look lost in a hardware store but at Aird's they are always there to help

A mate had lost an engine mount bolt for his Harley. A significant distance from any HD shop, and on a Saturday morning so time was against us.
Thought we would try the local hardware shop. The staff had an unbelievable attitude, couldn't be more helpful. Found the right diameter bolt but it was too long, no problem they cut it to length. I love the country town attitude, you guys rock!

Convenient hardware store in Nanango, good range of stock & prices, great staff, very helpful & friendly! They even helped search the store for our lost house key, after we had been in for screws, bolts & timber, unsure where key may have fallen out.. No luck with the old key in the end, but at least we were able to buy a new door lock/entrance set while there! 😀 Meh, the old door handle was dodgy & needed replacing anyway, so was an opportune time after breaking into our own house! 😆

Great bunch of guys and so much better than Bunnings & Mitre 10 in Kingaroy. They actually help you and give the best advice. Cheaper than the big stores as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my hardware needs.

Friendly service Handy to home has everything you need to fix things a home and things for the garden tools paint and lots of hardware I always go there If I need something in a hurry.

A rarity in retail: Old fashioned friendly and helpful service. These guys know their stuff. And if they don’t they’ll bend over backwards to find out.

If you cant find something elsewhere go to Aird's Hardware as 9 times out of 10 they have it or can order it in for you
