Rustic Cafe Sofala

Amazing! Probably the best steak sandwich and chips I’ve ever had. And fabulous coffee too.

Great to see Sofala so alive. The Rustic Cafe is a gem. Service is spot on with smiling faces bacon and cheese scones too good to be true.

It was a bit like a mirage finding this jewel. We had a great breakfast and fabulous coffee.. well worth it.

Had breakfast here 3 times over our long weekend stay and highly recommend the bacon and egg roll - I had it without relish as I like it traditional. We made it in time for Friday night pizzas too which is good to know as the only other option for evening meals is a pie at the pub. Good and speedy service.

Had lunch at this little Cafe today. Really good food and service but the coffee was amazing. Well worth having lunch or breakfast if your passing Sofala.

Bloody beautiful pizza from the wood fire oven, great coffee (best we had on our trip) and the bacon and egg roll was top notch.

Looking forward to popping in tomorrow morning on our way out of town!

We've lived in Wattle Flat for a year now - on the weekend, I took my kids for a drive down to Sofala to have a look around.
We stopped here for morning tea and it was amazing. The coffee was fantastic, the kids ate their weight in pancakes and ran around the little courtyard.
I usually take my 12 year old for a brunch somewhere during the school holidays and she's asked that we go to your little café from now on.
Thank you so much, everything was great! We will be back (probably lots of times....)

Wether your just passing through or a local this is the place to pop into & have a fresh roasted coffee n cake or a meal the breakfast /lunch menu’s are very good & lots to choose from . Friendly staff Great collection of old wares to ponder over . Being a local it’s great to pick up a coffee “to go” while driving into Bathurst . Oh & a heads up “Friday night ( take away )wood fired Pizza “ delicious.

Always amazing . Go the Smashed Avo , or if you're hungry the Big Breakfast is all you'll need to get you thru the day.

What a nice surprise, decided to go to a small town for lunch instead of larger town. Went to Sofala and enjoyed a great schnitzel and coffee served by very friendly staff. Must say it was to big for me.Thanks again Rustic Cafe
