BIG W Inverell

I purchased a couple of items & went through the self serve & I withdrew $40 cash out but I didn't collect it from the machine, upon realising I returned to the store 3 mins later but was told the money had not been handed in. I spoke with Crystal who went above & beyond to help me, she rang me later that day to say the money was handed in & I could come & collect it, but unfortunately we were travelling & were now in Tamworth. Crystal said she would organise a Big W gift voucher to the value of $40 & email it to me.
I can't thank Crystal enough for what she did.

Always a nice place to go. Might be the fact that it has country people serving you which makes me biased. 😁 Love the friendliness of everyone. Still annoys me that they kept pushing self serve to the point that no one has jobs anymore but hey we tried and the young people only have themselves to blame for not having work. It's OK... AI and Robots will take over all your jobs one day so might as well accept the inevitable.

I was greeted by a very friendly staff member. The shop had all the items I wanted to buy.

It is one of the best and biggest Big W we have ever seen. It is a great asset to the local community. People do not need to drive hundreds of kilometres to do their shopping.

We came to buy pillows, doona covers, doonas the whole shebang and the specials were great just wish there was more of a selection for king size bedding. 140 for fitted sheets was a little steep and very little selection when it came to doonas I never got what i was looking for but getting anything is better then nothing. 4 beds with new fits x2 cost me 1000 bucks so I'm happy.

Has everything family need. Great prices and bargains. So convenient and very friend staff. We do our shopping mostly online and through click and collect and Never disappoint us. Very happy costumer here.

A big floor space, help is there if required, staff courteous. Good selection of all things. Could spend a lot of time just looking and comparing prices!

Big W Inverell is a great place to shop or just browse, it's big enough to surprise anyone, there's a lot more to choose from. I fancy the mobile phones there cause they're much affordable as you wouldn't get cheaper any where else. Reasonable prices in buying excellent style footwear and clothing there is a plus and not to forget clothing at the end of every sale (men & women)"$2 specials" is a bonus aswell. So I recommend Big W to anyone who wants to check it out.

Always enjoy shopping at bigw bought a few things I like to wear from there. A pair of trousers, shirts priced at a good reasonable price and not to forget the clothing specials particularly menswear clothing I like from there.

Convenient and big walkway

Only been there once but the day I was there had racks of clothes on clearance. Well worth going into. Great staff I dealt with.
