Blue Gem Tourist Park

My family and I had a sensational time here over the Christmas break. The caravan park is clean, the powered sites are large and their Cabins are big. The best part about this place is the staff though! Very welcoming from the minute we walked through the door to the end of our stay. Kya (hope that's spelt right), her family and the rest of the time were smiling the whole time we were there and it was just awesome. The onsite Willoughby's made our lives a hell of a lot easier too! We will be back for sure. Thanks guys

We got a bacon and egg burger from here on our way to somewhere else for lunch. It was that good I suggested to my friend that we go back there for our lunch too... so we did. They had way more food options (proper meals etc if you want) than the actual restaurants that we checked out anyway and our sandwiches and milkshakes were to die for. Thinking about moving out there nice and close by so I never have to cook again lol.

Also had a spring roll; they were the real tasty ones and cooked to perfection and fresh. The lady thats cooking there really knows food and it's just so hard to find these days I guess that's why I'm so grateful and excited that I found a true gem on the day....and i didn't have to dig for it.

We stayed for 7 nights found plenty of stuff to do mixed with quite down time. Facilities are clean and maintained well. Staff are very friendly and helpful, shop there had heaps of supplies, souvenirs at good pricing. The meals they make are all great, even the fish and chips. I'm going back next year, so happy after staying here, good work to management and staff, THANK YOU.

A lovely caravan park with all the ammenities needed. Petrol station and take-away shop out the front. Perfect if you want a hide-away. You can fossick in the riverbed behind and sluice your rocks in the sorting area within the caravan park. Don't forget to try their amazing fish and chips..

The absolute best curry pie I have ever eaten in my life. These are for the true lovers of curry. My partner had the potato pie which was also delicious. Well worth a drop in to try one of these pies.

Great place to park your caravan while exploring the Gemfields. Fuel at a reasonable price, takeaway and very helpful and friendly staff.

chips and batted barramundi with calamari rings and steak works burger was awesome. The staff are so helpful when we broke down just out the front going above and beyond to help.

We spent one week in the parc. The staff is lovely, the parc well maintained, the amenities clean, they cook really yummy, the shop has everything needed and they lend you the needed material if you'd like to fossick in the creek behind. You need nothing more for perfect hollidays! Thank you Blue Gem!

I usually get a good burger from Blue gem caravan park,but last night,the mince works burger was exceptional..it would have to be the best value for money in the gemfields..great job guys.

We stayed 2 nights and it is one of our favorite caravan parks so far off 8 months traveling wish we could have stayed longer.

Park is very well kept, staff are amazing so friendly and helpful, amenities are very clean
