Wonderful place, everyone is nice and helpful. There is tons of wildlife everywhere and you can even find sapphires on the ground! There are birds everywhere. Our campsite even got "swarmed" by apostlebirds. The amenities are sparkling clean. the Camp Kitchen is stocked up with clean pots, pans, plates and cutlery. At night you find wallabies and kangaroos hopping around. The only downside I found is that Queensland gets so hot even during winter, But thankfully there are fans in the Camp Kitchen. There's also alot of shade to protect from the sun. At night it gets icy cold but there is a beautiful stary night sky to make up for the cold. (Attached image of apostlebirds)

Great place to stay. Terry and crew could not have been more helpfull. Close to everything rubyvale has to offer. Short drive to gem bearing alluvial wash. Sad to leave but we will be back. Love this park as much as the wildlife. Regards terry. Bob and colleen.

Great place to stay, we have now been there 4 trips.
Friday evenings they have a Sausage Sizzle for anyone in the park.
Camp kitchen, clean showers with heat lamps, clean toilets.
Helpful owners for backing in caravans etc.
Big Firepit with firewood provided, seating arranged around the fire.
Friendly owners.
Dog friendly.
Easy walk to the pub.
They have a great potbelly stove in the camp kitchen area.
Washing facilities for your gem-seeking activities.
Plenty of advice if you need it.

This was definitely the most special caravan park we have ever stayed at. For a bunch of reasons, it was a super cute park where they fed the wildlife every night, nice hot showers, clean amenities, a place to cook and wash up, fires every night, willabee’s, this place has everything and more. And most importantly Terry and Rowie (the owners) are the loveliest people you will ever meet, they have been so kind to us and we will miss them a lot! See you guys next time :) x

Our 2 night stay here was awesome, what a gem of a Caravan Park, very quite, not very big BUT you don't get overcrowded, we had a look at the other caravan park in town, the caravans were all jammed in together with no privacy whatsoever, at Gemseekers we had plenty of room with gardens in-between each site so very private, ementies were very clean, camp fire area was great, laundry and kitchen was impressive as it had a real country feel to it. All this with-in easy walk to the small town of Rubyvale. Thanks Terry for making us so welcome , if in Rubyvale again we will definitely stay here again.

Nice and shady camp site. Clean amenities. Nice to see the wallaroos and qualls around the park eating at night.
Warning - kids cant ride bikes or scooters in the park at all - must take them out to the road.
Close to a couple of places that you can go fossiking at and they also sell bags of ricks for you to try your luck from at the park. Overall a nice place to stop in the area.

Lovely little park. Well maintained grounds and amenities with large sites. Owners very friendly informative and helpful. No pool or playground so probably better suited to older families/adults, though owners are accomodating.. Walking distance to cafe and tavern and shop. Free Wifi. Repeat visit and will be back.

Terry and Vikki thankyou, you are the most friendly and welcoming hosts we've had, your park is spacious, well set out and very clean, and your little furbabies are a treat (tiny Kangaroos, possums and birds) would recommend to anyone =)
