I was so happy with the customer service today especially with Jane. I was amazed at how humble and helpful she was. I was so impressed with her, she went above and beyond to help me especially considering that it was at the end of the day and we all know how tired she was. She was serving and gave me her all, 100% customer service with smile in her face. I really recomend this shop to everyone good price and good people. I have never seen this type of customer service in my life.

Recently visited the store, had wonderful help from Lucinda. She gave me great advice, I had little time to shop and she made the experience quick and efficient. She has a wealth of knowledge of the product range and if you want to have a strait answer she's your woman.

Lovely shop with a wide variety of homewares and gift options and polite staff. The fact they stock Bordallo Pinheiro was what initially drew me in. I appreciate their commitment to covid-19 safety and managing their max capacity in store during a promotion.

Vast array of beautiful homewares, gifts and kitchenware. I walked out of there with very full bags. I bought a (rather heavy) KitchenAid mixer and the lovely ladies said "Don't worry, one of the boys will take it for you to your car". What a wonderful service, especially as I had parked a number of streets away!
