Very friendly staff who are always prepared to help and asking if I need assistance in finding anything. They have a wide range of products & usually most things are in stock or an alternative available. They seem to have extra staff during Christmas rush which is great.

Really lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff with a beautiful range of skin, hair and baby care products.. The staff were great at offering recommendations on all aspects of hair care, especially if you want to avoid sulphates and parabens. The lady at the counter also offered great advice to me about the best vitamins to take to avoid the current winter flu!

I came in with quite an upset stomach a few weeks ago. The staff were excellent in helping me to find some things that would help and even helped me to mix some up on the spot to take! I was feeling significantly better within a few hours (which was an impressive turnaround). Thank you for your help! It was greatly appreciated, given I was in a bit of a state! A great local store with an expansive range of products! Very impressed by the in store customer service, I have found the staff to be incredibly attentive, welcoming and helpful.

I came across this fabulous place during my visit to Sidney. They have excellent products, specially nuts and oats. The owners are very kind. 100 % recommendable!

Consistently disappointing visits to this store. The staff’s lack of acknowledgement and basic courtesy makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience. Today I was not acknowledged when I presented myself to the counter and remained ignored throughout the transaction. This issue has persisted over multiple visits now & it’s no way to treat customers, especially in a tight-knit community like Avalon.

First and last time, very rude arrogant staff. I was spoken to like i was a second class citizen. An awful experience and i will Never be back...
