Bridges After Hours GP Clinic Erina

I called to get my dad in as he had shingles across his face and eye and was in extreme pain. His regular Dr didn't have available appointments and he couldn't seem to get in anywhere else. I phoned Bridges (as my regular GP is part of the practice) and the receptionist was so helpful and said if he gets here within 15 minutes we will get him straight in to see a dr. Sure enough, he got there and literally went straight in. Great service, everyone was very caring and friendly and my dad got the medication he needed for Shingles.

I have had multiple good experiences at this service, the GP I saw this afternoon was amazing and caring and receptionist helpful.

I always call ahead before driving over, once turned up to find it shut despite being within opening hours. The only thing is the appointment cost would be prohibitive for many at $120 upfront with a $60 or less rebate.

Paramedic recommended coming here as ED was apparently chockers. Receptionist was great, explained everything to us clearly. GP was lovely and professional. There was a wait, but that's normal and it was way less than we would've had at ED.

Visited Sun 20.08, called ahead and was advised 2 waiting, so gave it 15 minutes then left. Arrived to find an empty waiting room and pretty much went straight in with 2 sick teenagers. Dr Young was excellent, very thorough (and receptionist good too). Expensive but much better than emergency or waiting till Monday. Recommended

My 3 year old had an infected arm after a daycare incident and my regular GP was closed.
The receptionist and doctor were very friendly and helpful and offered excellent care to my son. Thank you GP access 😊

I was very unwell and couldn’t get into anywhere. This was a great option I am very thankful for. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and explained how it all worked. There was only 2 ahead of me and I didn’t have to wait long. The Dr was really understanding and thorough and helped to get me sorted quickly. Yes you do have to pay but these people are also giving up their Saturday nights to be there till 10.30pm and I think that charging for that service is fair. All round a good experience.

Amazing service from this gp. I thought I would have to wait hours to be seen, If seen at all. but I got in straight away without an appointment, no waiting at all. the doctor was very caring, helpful and descriptive. The receptionist was very helpful too

I was seen very quickly over the Easter long weekend. The doctor was very kind and helpful. There was next to no where else to go other than ED, or a Telehealth appointment, so this place was much needed. Only downside is the cost, this is expected for the after hours service however.

Only waited 15minutes, shorter than my regular GP, and the Dr was extremely efficient at solving my medical issue that had been a problem for over a week.

Not much good. Been closed last 2 times I’ve turned up in need of a doctor. Ringing ahead was pointless. Got an answering machine which merely said the mailbox was full and couldn’t take a message. Sad state of affairs on the central coast for after hours medical care

Showed up at 945 on a Thursday with an aching ear infection (website and sign clearly states closing at 1030) was ignored at the locked door, having to knock to be addressed. Once the doors opened the receptionist rudely muttered that they werent taking anymore clients despite there being 2 people in the waiting room. All I wanted was antibiotics. Wouldn’t recommend.

The receptionist was beyond rude, Then after calling again because she had hung up on myself immediately hung up on my girlfriend when asking for her name to complain, completely unprofessional, As someone who works in the health industry and deals with this GP at my work I am beyond disgusted, Management needs to actually read these reviews and fire that receptionist, I would
love to provide her name but am unable to do so due to her hanging up the phone multiple times and not providing it. It is obviously a trend with her that she causes issue and is rude to customers as I have read a lot of the reviews and they are very similar, she should NOT be in customer service role and needs to re-evaluate her attitude. 0/10.

would not recommend to anyone. tried to make a booking and receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. reading these reviews, I have noticed this is not the first time. Seeing as she’s still working there I highly doubt she’s getting fired anytime soon so I will not be returning. I even called ahead of time to ask when I can make an appointment and got hung up on after trying to explain when I could visit after work. Very unprofessional and I am very unsatisfied. Do better.

Please update your opening hours to save people making the trip. On the website and door it states that you are open until 7pm Sunday/public holidays but when I turned up today with my son at 6.04pm the door was locked and a lady inside gestured to me that it was closed. It would have been nice to come out and explain why, rather than gesturing from behind the counter and walking off.
