I am a local and hadn’t been in the store before and was so surprised with how many incredible things they have in store from souvenirs, clothing and toys etc. The new owner Danielle was so friendly and helpful! I ended up getting a few things for my daughter. Was such a nice and friendly experience. Thank you Danielle and staff for all your help.

Awesome alternative souvenir shop right at Nelson Bay Marina! They have everything from clothes & swimmers & toys & novelty items, to crystals and henna. The owner is lovely and more than happy to assist where she can ✨🙌🌸🌊☀

Greeted with a warm friendly smile by the young lady at the counter, engaged in a chat about customer with ice cream and I mentioned that ignorant people will always post bad stuff when they are in the wrong, I found the pricing comparative , I don’t shop online so I don’t compare with that , after all shopkeepers need to pay rent , staff, electricity, etc, So much in the store for your holiday getaway, from kids beach toys to swimwear to home decorating.

Nice, little tourist-y shop. Like all shops in all tourist spots, prices are a bit over the average, but that's expected. Worth a look.

We stopped to buy a couple of postcards. The salesgirl was professional and polite. A lot of stuff was overpriced and trashy. But overall it was a good experience.

Great collection to waste money on. The keeper told us 3 times to watch kids not to break anything though they were behaving. One kid took a toy stamp and she ran to us saying you have to buy that if you open it though we wanted to do anyways otherwise i do not allow them to open it. Felt uneasy to shop around.

They got nice things inside however the young woman serving customers really needs some training on how to serve customers. I felt very uncomfortable in the store to be honest

Came at 9:40on Saturday and Shop was still close.Saturdays Open hours online showing 9:30-12:30 Nice gift items they sale.

Do not shop here. Awful staff, we go browsing here every year, normally buy a bit also. This year my wife and my daughter picked up a toy on the floor to play and accidentally dropped it. The staff came over and were so rude about it. If you don’t want kids to touch the toys don’t put them on the floor. No need to be so rude.

I recently attended this establishment with my granddaughter and purchased a few things for my grandchildren. Once we got home I noticed the product was faulty when I saw the product had exploded leaving a mess of small plastic objects, I immediately returned to the store to let the store person know of the issue. I spoke to the blond lady that was in charge and advised her of what happened, this “lovely” lady just pursed her lips and very sharply advised that the issue was not her problem and she would not make an exception for me or provide a refund. I did not request a refund but was more concerned of the potential choking hazard that could occur as I had my 4 year old grandson in my care too. The “lovely” lady looked at my granddaughter and said “Im sorry for the way your nanna is acting” basically disrespecting me through my granddaughter. I have not actually been disrespected in a fashion like this ever. Without any thanks for the update I was told to move on. This type of behaviour makes me sad that there are people like this conducting themselves as proprietors. I suggest using a more tactful option and treating those with kindness.
