The WhaleSuper Highway right in front . The best location to see the annual migration where they come in very close to the shore . It was a great show to behold many multiple sightings . And a huge pod of dolphins in the surf as well . Also the Black Cockatoos Ospreys and the Fairy Wrens were everywhere you looked .

This is always a great spot to come when you need to just pause and breath.

Don't expect to see whales every day though, nature doesn't work like that.

If you come between April and September you may be fortunate to witness a mother whale 🐋 and her calf passing by.

The new steps and raised path up to the top are helping protect the environment.

If you are not very fit, you might find the walk up a challenge, but there are a few well placed bench seats to sit and soak in the view while you catch your breath.

For those who are full of energy, the run up and down will get your heart pumping, and the viewing area at the top is handy for some tricep dips or step ups.

A stunning headland that has a sturdy walkway to take you to the view site on the top. On the way up there are closeup views of the surfers riding the good waves into the beach. The view is 180° on the top and if you've come at the right time of the year you should see whales and pods of dolphins. Bring binoculars for a better experience. On the South side the steep cliffs provide a wonderful view of the power of the sea crashing onto the rocks. Well worth the walk there and back.

We really enjoyed this short walk and the amazing views of Cabarita beach from the look out. There is a stairway to ascend to the top, so may not suit some with mobility challenges. Good site to photograph surfers in action amongst the waves, with a zoom lens.

A great place with a beautiful view! During whale season it's an awesome spot to view their migration and the rest of the year it's a great spot for both sunrise and sunset!
