I was sold faulty products and Stramit failed to provide warranty, Did not care either. I would not recommend. Go and buy your things from some one who cares about their customers.

Absolutely hopeless office staff that need to do a course in basic customer service, took 2 and a half weeks of constant non-returned phone calls, ignored emails and a non-delivered roller door (which set back trade related work that I made them aware of multiple times) when it was "apparently" scheduled to be delivered to me 5 minutes away from their depot.

Their staff never once made a single apology after stuffing up just about everything that they possibly could.

More of a management failure than an employee one, to have multiple staff with no customer service skills or care about doing their job properly shows someone up higher has absolutely no clue on how to run things adequately.

Stay away.

Useless can't even answer the phone have called multiple times, trying to get 500m of steel... obviously my money is not welcome here.
