Bendigo Bank

I have had accounts here since not long after they opened, both for myself and the not for profit association I am a member of. There are only ever a couple of staff here and sometimes if you have to go in you need to wait. BUT we are a small town AND they have a branch here. If you don't understand the importance of that, you probably live someplace else. You get service and nothing has ever been too hard. They have even been known to call me "Sir" and "Mr Corinkayaker" which I must admit makes me feel special and important. Anyhow 5 stars to the team. Keep it up.

Good service at the branch. There were only two staff members inside branch and only one customer allowed at a time. COVID safe and patient service.

Worst customer service have ever seen from a bank. After waiting 45 mins to 1 pm for them to finish eating lunch to get told if you want to open up a new account you have to come back with an appointment. Even when there’s 3 people there doing nothing ? As I have a 2 month old baby that was not going to work so i said don’t worry about it the bloke says oh oh oh wait let me see. No thanks if you don’t want new business that’s all good. Also uniforms must be a thing of the past. Black hoodie is now acceptable according to Bendigo. Will never return that is very unprofessional.

Without doubt the worst customer service I have received from a bank. Was looking at refinancing personnel and business accounts and loans and glad I didnt.
Definitely not practicing what is being preached and un-professional levels of interaction, timeline and small business management.

Home lender went on holidays ...left us uninformed and getting our loan formal approval hanging and delayed.....
