The Door Store

We always direct our customers over to the The Door Store to make selections. They have a great range, but even better than that is the fact we can have any door made to any size. I find the costs very reasonable for this level of service. I like to speak to Liam as he controls most of our quotes in one location. We very rarely have to source a door anywhere else and we buy hundreds every year.

Been shopping there for 38 years now. Why you ask? Because the service and prices are alongside their massive product range.👍

Outstanding customer service!
I had an unusual deadbolt lock and was looking for a replacement. The lady at the service counter went out of her way to help me, which ended up cutting some new keys.
I could not have been more pleased with result.
Highly recommended store!

I found the service I received this morning outstanding.
My door handle/ lock had a broken spring and my nearby security companies advised me that I'd probably need to buy new door hardware (and possibly a new door, as the hardware was 23 years old).
However The Door Store staff were so helpful and professional, replacing the broken spring in minutes.
I would recommend The Door Store and their staff anytime!

I’ve always had a great service at the door store that stuff they’re extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been using it for years and will continue doing so.

I've been 5 times, both to the door and hardware sections. I've been very happy with service, and can only assume some of the negative comments are exaggerations, or less than full stories (or the guy saying his door is bowed, only showing photos referencing a frame and not a straight edge!?).
Pricing better than Bunnings, and magnitudes the range and stock. I'll continue shopping here for future work.

TDS team has been extremely helpful over the last couple of months while we have been finishing off our house. We have bought all our door hardware as well as a couple of additional doors here. The team are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and the prices are great too! I would recommend TDS for all your door hardware needs!

Extremely helpful. We had a number of older handles needing new screws or replacement. They solved our problems quickly and efficiently. Much better experience than other stores.

I had inadvertently supplied a wrong size for manufacture. The problem was resolved with cleverness and speed. The Door Store could not have been more helpful.

Came in looking for a new door handle. Was served by a woman named Stef. Girl deserves a raise. Helped my find the exact style of hardware that I was looking for. Was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Customer service is not dead. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience I have not seen this in a while.

Excellent service from the moment we walked through the door from a very knowledgable and friendly staff member. Bianca was patient with us as we considered our options and then helped us team our door hardware to create a coherent look. Her expertise relating to mortice locks was invaluable! We were kept up to date with our order throughout. So thrilled with our experience and super happy with our door handles. They're gorgeous!

We found our perfect set of doors at the door store ($700 approx). Unfortunately there was a mix up with sizes delivered (delivery was spot on and with a phone call prior which always is helpul). I emailed the manager as was cranky about the mix up that cost us time and some inconvenience. Expecting just an apology, I was very impressed and grateful that a refund of $150 was given to compensate for the issues we had. Great customer service! Thank you Richard

We were limited with delivery options available to us, and Richard went above and beyond our expectations to accomodate us, as well as ensuring the end to end experience was outstanding. Excellent and prompt service after needing a new privacy latch for one of our doors. Leanne was fantastic and had the new part within 48hrs after I just sent in a photo of the damaged one.

Ordered a custom solid door. They were the cheapest and easiest to deal with. Door turned up exactly as ordered in the time frame I was advised. Based on nothing but my experience, I think these guys are more trade than retail which is great for me as I knew exactly what I wanted.

Great place for lock supplies, always helpful when I need bits n pieces.

When I rang around for a particular set of doors other suppliers said what I wanted didn’t exist - I was told what I wanted to achieve was impossible. The Door Store were not only accommodating and responsive, the quote came in lower than the inferior product their competitor tried to sell me! I highly recommend working with Shaun and the team.
