United Petroleum Pennington (Pie Face)

Always low petrol prices compared to other places. I’m a regular customer here and local as well and I have never found any unprofessional attitude from the staff as few reviews mentioned here. They are always helpful and friendly.

We stopped there to grab a tea and coffee. No tea. What kind kind of place doesn’t do tea? Cheap fuel on the day, which was good.

Rude and unprofessional staff. says 24 hrs yet theres certain workers that turn the lights off and pretend its closed...on a Saturday night too

Refused to let me use the toilets. If they had a policy that you had to buy something to use them I absolutely would but when I asked the clerk she said no and nothing else. Whether the map needs to be updated to say no or the clerk refused me this service I don’t know but either way I’m very disappointed.

Absolutely pathetic petrol station. Sells used BiC lighters that are supposed to be brand new for $3.50 which run out of gas in 8 single uses to light up a cigarette. Thought it was strange when it happened the first couple of times but for it to happen a third time.. Never happens anywhere else. Atrocious business practices.

Very unprofessional shop assistant/server, was on their phone, and very rude. And when I asked for a mega beef roll, halfway through eating it, it was cold and hard. I had to throw the rest away I couldn't eat it.

The app said the United was meant to be open 24 hours. Thinking it was open I went there only to find it closed. What is going on. Maybe update the app or something

Price on maps doesn't match their actual fuel price

Bought pies for a light dinner and unfortunately the pies were Mouldy. Disappointed and disgusted....AVOID if you can!!!

First time buy food from there. Meat pie and pasty. Both had to be microwaved. The pie fell to bits inside the bag. You would think a place that calls themselves pie face doesn't mean you eat pie you are going to wear it.

I am a local regular but sick of their attitude and stop going there, you never know what else they may do to petrol to make more money, these ppl at the petrol station has no moral and greedy.

My llast straw was one of their vacuum at the wash bay worked only around 50% suction unusable, I informed them and asked them to put an out of order note preventing other user wasting money, asked them to investigate and give me a refund $2 because I had to use another machine next to it. well she gave me a dirty look and said in Indian accent they won't investigate because it is in order, won't put out of order and won't get a refund almost accusing me of lying, no wonder I saw that machine has hit marks and they never fix it still collecting money with a broken machine, rang their complain number left a message never get a call back. The Indian has a reputation, hear far too many bad experiences stay away!., I have plenty myself in the area.
