The ladies were very proficient, kind and calm. It was a great piece of mind. Thanks.

The staff have always been so professional, helpful and friendly. Never made to feel like an idiot when I don't understand something and are willing to explain until I understand. Thanks

Always seems to be a queue at any time of the day, however service is always friendly and helpful.

This morning when putting a cheque deposit into the "deposit box" inside the bank one of the staff members proceeded to call across from her desk, while dealing with a customer, that the cheque deposit box was NOT A RUBBISH BIN. I found that extremely offensive and no apology given when I pointed out that I was in fact depositing a cheque. Very poor behavior from a CBA staff member

This branch is nearest to me and sometimes I do need to go there physically. It has been the case over the last few years that almost every time I go I get disappointed. Long queues at teller, customer service staff poorly trained and inefficient and it takes a long time to get hold of one, different answers depending on who you see, and hard to find the right person for the problem at hand. I understand that cutting down services for cost reasons is widespread in the banking industry, but this particular branch is really poor even considering that. I have seen in other CBA branches that as soon as you enter they assign you a ticket or a service personnel and the service turnaround is fast and efficient. This branch hasn't caught up with such systems yet which are now everywhere. I have now almost stopped going to this branch and instead go to one further away, which is unfortunate.

3 stuff members doing absolutely nothing..... and reject to help me... apparently I should do online... butter close this branch and then people can do everything online. After this treatment I will definitely close all my accounts.

They don't care. Even at the moment, while they work 9:30am to 3:30pm, they still close the branch for an hour for lunch between 12pm and 1pm.

The worst CBA branch around. Once Dictator Dan lets us out again, I can't wait to get back to Southland.

Bad customer service here. I am a common wealth customer and was trying to have a document printed because they couldn't do it at post office. And they declined to help as well as treated me poorly questioning what i was doing having a document printed

Poor service ... for our society. Commbank were found to be Australia's biggest funder of the fossil fuel industry. Without action from big corporations with so much control like Commbank, Australia will not get on the right path to resolving the climate crisis happening right now.

Alright service very uncomfortable chairs
