Do not use this agency for property management. Completely incompetent and can not be trusted to do inspections properly or look after your property. Then they are not interested in rectifying their mistakes. If you are a tenant with HLB Mann Judd or Turner Real Estate as your agent, you can demolish whatever you like because the agent won’t notice anyway. Pity they’re the only options for NRAS houses! Disgusting service.

Horrendous Agency. Arrive 10mins early to an inspection to find the door is already open and the agent is speaking with potential tenants, they obviously have a under the table policy for their leases, whoever can bribe the agent the best gets the property.

I did everything possible to be an early candidate but I was treated unworthy, because I didnt suit the physical image of their ideal candidate. Absolutely disgraceful agency, Pink Hair Pam is completely unprofessional.

Racist land agency do not waste my time by organising a appointment regarding a rental unit and than when arriving at the time that was verbally mentioned and not even bothering to apologize or even show me the place as you had already made a choice regarding race.Very rude disgraceful unproffessional and disgusting hair colour to top it off. Hope Karma kicks you in the a$$ and they trash the place as you made the choice before interviewing all the potential renters that went there to view the unit. We were all ignored you wasted our time,we could of gone to other agencies but made the mistake of going to this one.👎👎👎👎👎

These guys decided to get in to Property Management and were absolutely hopeless. They retrenched their best employee and the place went to the dogs.

Two years later I am still trying to sort out the mess.

Having a nightmare with my current agent at this company for managing my property. Unsympathetic, unprofessional and indifferent approach. My previous agent at the same company was great but she quit the job. I wonder why. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The worst!!! Terrible accountants use a reputable company!!

Don't call, reception won't put you through to anyone anyways.
