Has been GP for my family for years. Excellent doctors and admin staff. Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

I would never go to any other medical practise. I have been coming here for about 20 years now. Our favourite doctor is Dr Thurairajah. She is always kind and caring and will attend to all your medical needs in a very professional manner and always gives very good advice and treatment. The Practise Manager, Meenal and the Receptionist Liyana are also very professional and friendly with a kind and personal touch. A BIG 'Thankyou' to you all for all the hard work you do! Very much appreciated!🙏😊

Doctors are experienced enough to handle things and has a clear idea on what to do. Been here for last 4 years and no hassles till date. Special thanks to Dr.Rajah, our go-to person for all queries and clarifications.

Dr . Andigoda de Silva is amazing and caring doctor. I would highly recommend him to everyone..He is your GP for family.

Unfortunately, one of the front staff lady was very unpolite., care less about patient feeling.., but on billing money .. which is sad making..,

23/08/2023 Earlier incident was before .., but speaking with Meenal today..she apologised to me and explained her reasons.., reached to me with understanding and offered to help me on any case.I could not stay where I was , but to grow up and appreciate her..,
We all agree .., sometimes we are tied with our mind in one way which we think is right .. but I have also understood that there is also a simple way just to listen to the person and embrace the situation.., extend our right arm a little wide .. , and solve the situation.. , this way I have experienced I can do much more work efficiently and efficiently at workplace..

We all need is a sincere heart and word which can fill our heart. Love you all .

I had an issue with getting my visit bulk-billed as I booked it on website. On arrival, receptionist told me that I would have to pay because there was a glitch on website and what I see on website on my phone doesn’t show the same on their website.
Long story short, they took it Upton themselves and fixed the issue and let me see the doctor and bulk billed. Happy to see that they cooperated and understood. Thank you. Great work from staff members at reception.

A calm & neat place. As a family we've been visiting them since a year now, as & when we've had the need to meet a GP.

The staff is considerate. Special mention for Dr De Silva who is a considerate, impartial & empathetic individual.

As an individual or a patient I don’t care about the physician’s medical school grades or other accolades—I want to feel that I'm in good hands.

Dr De Silva is a good doctor who knows how to make a patient feel cared for, checks if the concerns are valid, & ensures his patients get the recommended screening tests, that their questions are answered, & offers a clear plan of action.

I have been attending this clinic for many,many years and have always found the reception staff friendly,polite,pleasant and helpful. Dr Lucarelli is an outstanding Doctor with an amazing "bed side manner" which is rare these days. He treats all of his patients with the time and respect they need and deserve. I have always felt comfortable and very well looked after whenever I am there, both by the receptionists and Dr Tony. I am grateful to this clinic and to be in such great hands.

I am visiting Monash Surgery for the last 8 years and never had any issues. The admin staff is very helpful. They always came forward to help. Highly recommended this place.

Just got a call for telehealth from the doc although it was a late call as I understand they are busy. He rang and he was nice on the phone. Advised me to stay home and rest with my medication I have at home. Thank you.

The reception staff have always been friendly and pleasant to deal with and the doctors are brilliant. Couldn't ask for more. Fantastic surgery

It’s been my gp for years ,they look after me and always help me with what I need, dr de siliva is really helpful experienced doctor, also Mrs Meenal at the reception very nice lady .

Saw Dr Nadia Sidrak today, who was friendly & patiently answered all my questions regarding my ailment. Booked at appointment in the morning for 1140am over the phone, arrived on time and left the clinic by noon. Mind you it was busy as well, so all those negative comments about long wait times in other reviews have left me puzzled, and has compelled me to write my own review. I have been visiting this clinic for over 4 years and have always had a good experience.

Monash doctor surgery has been our GP for many years. The reception staff is very humble and friendly. Dr. Raja is a great doctor and very affectionate.

This is one of the best clinics I have ever been. Dr Shyamalah and Dr Tony are wonderful doctors and look after their patients very well. The receptionists are very understanding and will get you in asap. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for just over 19 years now. Even when I moved away from Clayton. I would still drive that 40 minutes to get there. Both my children come here too. I’ve never had a bad experience. Yes the wait time is a bit long. But that’s the same in every other clinic. Wonderful staff

Dr Shyamala Thurairajah is a wonderful doctor. She listens to me and has always diagnosed my problem correctly. Such a lovely lady she is.
Receptionists are nice and polite. Always prefer this clinic to book an appointment.
