Miles Medical Centre

I've been going to Miles Medical Centre for years.
They've always treated me with the utmost respect.
I've never felt unwelcome and they've always put my medical needs first.
I think I've been a patient there for over 25-30 years.
They've always looked after me..

Always friendly, fairly new to area and they are always helpful.....

Slack on returning phone calls

Very disappointing.
I have been going to miles doctors for 5 years now, And have sometimes head rude remarks made to me by the old receptionist Which I have ignored but on Monday last week I phoned at 9:30 and asked to See the doctor or if he could phone me just to renew my script And if they can't to let me know so I could find another doctor for I only had that day to do it. She said the doctor would phone me a little later, So all good. Just after 11 I phoned her againAnd inquired when the doctor will phone Which she said he would phone before lunch. Just after 3 i phoned again and Told her that I need the script today and time is running out which she put me on hold I held on for 15 minutes and decided to go down there and see if I could see the doctor. An argument broke out between me and the old lady And she started to raze her voice at me which I told her not to do and that she is wasting my time I could have found another doctor The was no name calling or swearing involved She told me I had to better manage my medicine And not leave it for the day before I run out, So to cut the story short I saw the doctor with in 5 minutes I got my script and all was OK Until this morning when I tried to make a doctors appointment The old lady told me that I am no more welcome the and that she has spoken to the board and they have decided that I need to find another doctor I can not use miles medi clinic no longer.

New to area, with 4 kids being sick we get told by a rude reception lady that they aren't taking on new patients, we have an Autistic son and I'm an Asthmatic, what do we do in this small community when local doctor shows no heart and concern..
