Miles Auto Parts & Mechanical

We were travelling back from Brisbane on a Saturday, when the old Magna we were driving decided to jam the thermostat in the closed position.

Stopped into Miles Auto Parts 10 minutes before it was due to close, they went above and beyond to track down the Thermostat we needed, Making phone calls even after they were closed. They found the part for us, paid for it over the phone, and we went to get it. Thanks to their help, we were back on the road an hour later. Cannot thank Miles Auto Parts enough. I will be stopping in here more often on the way through. Appreciate all your help to get us back on the road.

After reading previous reviews, I was hesitant but a resident friend pointed me in the direction of Auto Parts in Miles. As I'm a stranger to Miles in town for work with a car problem.
Explained the problem to Peter - the car was put on the hoist and checked. Job done and back on the road within a couple of hours of when I walked in.
Parts and Labour very fairly priced (uni joints)

After discovering both front shocks had broken on a recent trip the team at Miles Auto Parts went out of their way to ensure we had the right parts and were on our way again quickly (helpful with a 16hr drive still ahead of us). Best of all our shocks were significantly cheaper than the last set bought from a large supplier in Sydney.

took my car there they gave a quote when i went back the wanted more money than the quote i happily paid then the vehicle broke down two days later i took it back three times finally the mechanic told me cant fix it and i should it to the dealer after 4500$ worth of work and its way worse than when i took it there it goes 15 min and then i have to stop and take the battery cable off to reset computer they are far very far from a mechanic please do your self a favor and DO NOT GO THIS COMPANY

It wasn't nice to walk into the shop and have a lady roll her eyes at me, not our fault you charged us nearly $180 for a couple of fuses and a bulb. We have special needs children this doesn't mean we're rich, our kid's pediatrician appointments are a 2.5hr drive away, we live week to week and could of appreciate a fair price considering the tiny problem which now isn't fixed. Never again

My husband had to stop and buy some parts for a broken down trailer. They proceeded to fix it for him and the cost made me fall off my chair. An hour later my hubby had to stop and fix their repairs, including removing the brakes and backing plate of the wheel hub, the new ones he had just brought. Now we have discovered they sold us the wrong wheel rim. I dont care if i have to drove on to another town, never ever stopping there again. $900 wasted!!!

Never take your vehicle to Miles auto. Customer service is non existent and the "mechanics" are useless. Would give 0 stars if possible

DO NOT GO HERE!!! CHRAGED ME $920 TO REPLACE A RADIATOR HOSE. BROKE MY AIRBOX DIDNT HOOK UP ALL MY WIRES TO THE BATTERY. JOHN PROCEEDED TO LIE THRU HIS TEETH ABOUT EVERYTHING. DONT KNOW HOW THEY RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT
