First time customer, leaving previous optometrist after 20 years. Received great service from all 3 I was in contact with. As I only picked up my new spectacles today, I’m hoping my problems have been sold, will get back to you in a month or two 👍

Do you beleived that you can save your pair of glasses at a cost of only a half take-away nowadays repaired by this business?
Yes, I did today. I paid only $10 to have a broken frame nylon bracing replaced with new ones by the business owner, the gentleman in the photo on their website.
I was frustrated with the fear that I might have to spend hundreds elsewhere to get a new pair of multi focal glasses otherwise.
Before entering this store, I ever tried at OPSM and Specsaver but couldn't get it repaired.
Now I am impressed by their level of customer services!

I’ve been taking my kids here regularly for a few years. The kids get free glasses with our health fund and they love being able to choose from all the different glasses they have. 10/10 we will be back.

The best in Albury. I've tried 4 other places and I can commend this optometrist as the most courteous and honest of the lot. Instead of just writing me a prescription and handing me over to a salesperson, he showed his expertise and took the time to explain to me that my script hadn't really changed and to see him again in 6 months this saving me quite a lot of money. The girls are always courteous and helpful too.

Again this little shop was great to deal with, the Australian/Chinese couple were so true & friendly & Alana starred again, a real asset to the business.

The have changed their name and are no longer a part of the Optical Superstore chain but Blue Star are every bit as good only cheaper. I had to go for an eye test today and was treated with every courtesy and helped through every step of the way.
