Damien at Barry Plant was the vendors agent for the house we ended up purchasing. Unlike most of the agents we dealt with during our search, we found him to be honest, transparent and great to deal with. Since moving in, he’s been really helpful around any queries we’ve had regarding the house. Would highly recommend if you’re searching for an agent to sell your home!

After a 6-month property search and interacting with 30+ agents, Chris Kavanagh stood out as a courteous, prompt, and respectful professional. Though he represented the seller, his excellent customer service, responsiveness, and local market knowledge were impressive. We regret not finding him earlier for selling our own property.

My experience finding a suitable property to rent was made easy by the team at Barry Plant Mordialloc, specifically Stephanie Reed and Amie Frazer.

The turnaround on my rental application was incredibly quick, and Stephanie's rate of communication is the best I have ever experienced from a Leasing Consultant, often replying within minutes to any query I sent through. The whole application process was made extremely easy due to the clear and timely information that she provided.

Also of note; while my application was pending she also assisted me in my search for alternate properties in case my application was unsuccessful, which was very much appreciated.

Chloe is a true professional in her field, with loads of knowledge about sales, marketing and most of all people. I always felt like her only client. While in the process of selling our house James was highly motivated and reliable. I moved into a lovely but older rental unit six months ago. Simply due to age, a number of things have cropped up which have needed attention or replacing. Lauren is not only delightful to deal with but is prompt and responds to my communications very quickly - every time! She's thorough, really on the ball and facilitates a very positive relationship between tenant and landlord.
