I had a fantastic experience with PLE Computers! Even though I made my purchase online, their team went above and beyond to help me build the perfect gaming PC over the phone. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I found their custom builds to be the best value for money. I highly recommend PLE Computers for anyone in the market for a gaming PC.

This is my go-to computer parts supplier. A friend recommended them to me I think 7 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. If in stock easy same-day pick-up. But love the fact they have same-day delivery too. (I've used that a couple of times when missing coolant) Pricing has always been in line with or better than the other retailers, and your warranties are easy to see online when you look at the past items brought. Highly recommend.

Staff are fantastic really helpful an innovative can solve most problems easily. Products are very well priced an huge range can nearly always help with any sort of electrical plugs for much more things than just computers. Highly recommend 👍

I didn’t feel like he was attempting to push any specific product and his main focus was getting the correct product/part that i needed and wanted. He happily answered all my questions.

I received excellent customer service throughout the entire process, with the team providing regular updates and being very accommodating with making changes to my order. Took my 2 year old pc in a few weeks out of warranty with a water cooler problem, they fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me labour excellent after sales service from Dany and the tech (didn't catch his name) Thank you PLE !

No problems, much better stock than scorptec, PCCG, MSY or centrecom. Recommended over all the others.

Great value for the components I selected, I did ample research on the parts of my PC and how I thought it would look, and PLE Computers just got everything right about the build process, cable managment, fan orientation etc. Temperatures of the PC are great (23C average idle temperature and the maximum temperature under load I’ve seen has been 76C). The PC just looks great in general. The only complaint I have is the wait time, but in the midst of covid and all the crazy things going on in the world, I think it was absolutely worth the wait and I’m not bothered at all. The customer service was great, reported a problem with the PLE website not letting me switch out my card and told them the model of the card I wanted to swap to, they immediately switched my card out for me and started building on the same day. The fact that PLE didn’t wait a few more days to do so really says a lot about how much they actually care about delivering the products to customers.
Buy from PLE, they are a really good option for buying PC’s and PC components. And they are cheaper than almost any other site I’ve seen.

First time I've ordered from PLE. Used their Uber delivery service, parts delivered to my front door within 90 mins. Absolutely awesome service (I hate driving lol, the Uber delivery service was what sold me). Parts were super well wrapped too in a double layer of bubble wrap. 5 stars!!!!!!!!

This may be premature as I am yet to receive my new custom gaming rig however so far PLE have been super pro-active at keeping me up to date with stock availability of every item and it's hugely re-assuring. Great customer experience thus far.

I was looking for a RAM upgrade to my pre customised computer from 8GB to 2x16GB, I found on searching the internet that for all of Australia only PLE had the appropriate RAM upgrade. PLE staff in the warehouse location were supportive and organised for the specific RAM to be sent from their W.A store to their warehouse in Melbourne and subsequently freighted to me in a timely manner.
Customer Service was outstanding. Will use again, and happy to reccomend.

It was good got a brand new computer and a monitor and a free mouse mat also a power block charger inside there were a lot of chairs there because they were renovating the store but it's done now

Purchased an Asus PG27AQDM monitor from these guys a couple of months ago, unfortunately the monitor despite being brand new had several scratches on the ROG chin at the bottom of the monitor. Returned the monitor to PLE Heatherton store where Lewis was more than helpful with the return, I kept the monitor whilst PLE sourced a new monitor for me (these are hard to find) once a new monitor was sourced (about 6 weeks later) I picked up the new one and exchanged it without any issues, needless to say whilst this was not PLE's fault they did the right thing by me as a customer, highly recommended and will 100% buy from them again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic experience ordering through PLE! PLE offered the cheapest prices for most of the parts for my new build, and I was able to have them price match the remaining things I needed, so I was able to do a full order through them and save a bit on shipping, as well as not having to manage the safe delivery of so many things. Thanks to Calvin at the distribution center for being endlessly patient, accommodating, and answering all my questions. Will definitely order through you guys again, and will be recommending you to friends.

Products are often the cheapest on the market, and if not they are reasonably priced. For items out of stock, the ETA was accurate and the product was dispatched as soon as they received it from the supplier. I had an issue with the courier (StarTrack) and they were very responsive to emails, helping me receive my item as the courier refused to help me directly. Will buy from here again.

Very impressed with this company. There are many online computer stores available that ship all around Australia, but I've not encountered any others that have this level of customer service. They reply to emails quickly, offer advice if needed and don't give grief about changing your order like others. Because of this ill always return here and support their business.
