What a pleasurable experience it was to purchase our new wheels from Sandra. Her bike knowledge and ability to find the perfect wheels to suit our abilities was fantastic. No pressure sales, just plain good old fashioned service with a smile. Couldn’t be happier with our purchases.

Each time I've been to this bike shop the woman there has gone out of her way to provide first rate service. Yesterday, on the way to catch the train, my front tyre came off the rim. She rapidly dealt with the problem. No fuss. No fee. A few months ago I needed a chain tensioner. She went to some trouble to source and obtain the unusual item. And yes, I was in time to board that train. (Pity about the Public Transport commuters with their feet on the seats though.)

My ride at Semaphore has been outstanding in supporting me, I am a quadriplegic and they have repaired my wheelchair tyres a number of times. Their friendly customer service is outstanding and I have had some really difficult repairs to special tyres that I use for playing lawn bowls. When I drive to the shop in my van, they come out and collect the tire/wheel and do it on the spot if needed or I have gone back to collect and again, they bring out the repaired tire. Brilliant service overall.
