St Clair Medical

Since coming to the area 2 years ago, my partner and I have been looking for a decent GP practice. We finally found it in St Clair medical. My doctor here is thorough, addresses my concerns easily, and communicates clearly possible side effects of any medications I might require. The reception staff have been nothing but polite--as has been the nurse, who is professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended! :)

I have seen all 3 doctors over my 3 years as a patient at SCM. They are all friendly and have always addressed any concerns for myself or child respectfully and order any tests needed. Great place, very happy with the docs here and the support staff also.

The doctors here are fantastic, I've been seeing Dr Riz Kajani at Norwood medical for around 6 years; So when I discovered he also works at St Clair I was Really happy as I live much closer to this medical centre. He used to be really hard to get in to see as he really in demand at Norwood. Furthermore he seems to have much more availability at this clinic and I recently met his father whom is also a doctor and he was really helpful also, getting me a referral for free mental health clinician. both these doctors go above and beyond. Can't recommend enough if you want to see doctors who are thorough and actually care for their patients.

St Clair Medical is the best medical practice I've ever been to. They are always very professional, will to go the extra mile to assist you with your health issues and genuinely care about your wellbeing and treatment. I highly recommend them.

Great doctors. However, it is almost impossible to get an appointment. I often call on a Monday or Tuesday and there aren’t any available appointments till the end of the following week. Always end up going elsewhere. I give up. Such a shame.

We are new to the area and live very close by so decided to pop in as my partner needed to see a doctor. Upon arriving the receptionist was rude as we asked for a doctor and told a doctor wasn’t in, left a really bad taste in our mouths with the way she spoke to us. Need to make it more clear on your website too that you take bookings as we checked prior and there was nothing about it. Will be going to another town over after that experience and trying the other doctors

I wish I could give this practice a zero! Been there thrice with appointment and the wait time is more than an hour!!! Made an appointment for 12:50pm and the doctor did not see me till 1:50pm! When I asked the receptionist she said you can address the concern with the Doctor!!!!!!

cancelled my appointment due to dr being sick, didn’t get offered any sort of rescheduled and was told that i should’ve gotten a pcr so i could see this new doctor, was originally told it wasn’t a requirement?

they have now booked me at some clinic at a time i can’t make, because they did it without asking what time suits etc

wouldn’t recommend, they have shown they do not care

Made an online appointment via email where I explicitly said I am unvaxxed untested, I then had an appointment offered to me.

The next day I receive a call to say it's their policy that they can't have consults if I'm not tested, so they cancelled my appointment...

Over 1 hour late after being told only 10 minutes late. Absolutely disappointing and very disrespectful of anyone else's time. Now charging gap, no bulk bill- and won't take payment upfront either as apparently it depends on what he decides to charge you so running even more late. What a joke!
