Went to print stuff out, paper got jammed when I was doing it by myself and staff were extremely helpful in helping out in getting the rest of my prints done. Im sorry I didnt get their names but I really appreciated the great customer service😄

Very good facilities for office work with a very reasonable rate. You must have to purchase a prepaid card for printing work and you can do all there on their computers also.
Office chairs and all kinds of stationery are available. Huge chain stores across Australia.

I've printed multiple posters with Officeworks and once you get over the really annoying QC stuff (embedding your fonts in the PDF file) it's great results at a good price. They even did me a satin print poster for free once when they ran out of regular paper. Special thanks to staff member Ganesh for his immense help and patience in helping me out with printing.

Me and my family came in needing passport photos and had quite a few enquiries, a staff member by the name of Ayche was incredibly helpful, patient and kind to us and especially to my kids. Thank you Ayche, you made the whole process so much easier for us. Will definitely be coming back!

I was looking for a photo frame this morning, I asked a lady about the location and she advised there is few near the entrance and walked away. A guy named Sandeep was behind me he did approach me and walked me to show me the frames and tried everything to help me without me even asking for help. His customer service is amazing and very professional. This guy should be the store manager. Good on ya mate .

Went today to buy stationary for kids school. Considering Christmas break, it was pretty much empty. And the reason for 5-star rating is one of their employee - JAS, who helped us find the right stuff around the store. Thank you Jas - we need more people like you in the OW stores!

I was served by Rose on Wednesday 12.10.22 and I must say she has amazing customer service and deserves to be recognised for her efforts. Rose went above and beyond to help my cousin with the printing of her wedding stationary. Rose was very patient with us, bubbly and extremely engaged in wanting to help us and kept recommending papers to use for our printing needs. Rose had a smile on her face the entire time, even with our chaos. I would highly recommend rose to be recognised for a promotion within her store as she displays amazing customer service and would be a fantastic member of the management team. Rose, thank you very much for your service. We both appreciated it.

Visited a week ago, tried to look for a office chair with good back support. it was the first day after school holiday, store was very busy and pack with people.
A staff named SAM passed by, taking initiative to assist even you can see him sweating on his head (with the air-conditioning on). Sam provide clear direction, excellent customer service. Working hard, walking back and forth provide assistance to different customers and his team.
I hope his line manager reading this comment, please pass my thank you to his excellent customer service under these hot days!

Went in today to buy a replacement magnet for my phones car Mount , unfortunately there wasn’t any in stock , guy working there apologised and offered his own magnet off his personal phone , true gentleman , unfortunately didn’t grab his name

My name is Ash and I MUST share with everyone the amazing experience I had with one of the Staff Members Merna. It’s been a very distressing time for our family as our beloved father passed away only a few weeks ago. We were preparing for our dad’s funeral and needed some pictures of dad to be placed in Our Church of him. Immediately I was put at ease by Merna who offered her condolences and no request I made was too much for her. We also wanted copies of one of our former Popes Pics to be made Pope Kyrillos 6th and she actually knew him and of him. It was a beautiful experience and I wanted to thank Merna for our kindness, care and support. She is a real credit to her family and to Officeworks Campbellfield. The Customer service is the best I've experienced in years. I mean where all staff, not just one or two are smiling and happy to help. I've had to spend a considerable amount of time there recently printing, scanning & photocopying and needed help quite a few times and the staff were fantastic. I'm impressed.

Manager at officeworks Campbellfiel is down to earth. He always ready to help customers. I think other staff members should learn from him how to deal with customers. Thumb up for this man.
