Clinton worked his magic at my husbands 50th birthday celebrations last week. Clinton’s professionalism & communication prior to the event was fabulous. On the night, he stole the show. The flair, the fire, his vibe, it was all on point. He brought an element of fun and difference to the function, and I could not have imagined the bar without him. He interacted wonderfully with our guests, with excitement and so much style! Clinton’s cocktails were divine, and we had everyone raving about him, and thoroughly enjoying themselves at the bar. Best night!

What can I say about Clinton and his team at Pineapple Jam other than always amazing. I’ve worked with Clinton and his team for years for corporate events but recently got to experience them for my 30th/ Engagement party!

In the lead up they were super helpful and patient. We opted to provide our own alcohol and some of the mixers and their suggestions on quantities was spot on.

On the night we had such an amazing time. They were organised, looked after themselves and also remembered guest preferences which tailored the experience to each individual. We have had such fabulous feedback!

We can’t wait to work with Pineapple Jam again in the future.

Clinton and team, your professionalism, expertise, communication, entertainment, set up and quality of your goodies was superb. You display your craft and art beautifully. You are true artists.
I feel so indulged and spoilt by you. Your cocktails are so decadent and delicious and they all standout. My top 3 - Ruby Rose Martini, Pina Colada and Smoked Old Fashioned. I cannot thank you enough.

Thank you Clinton for an awesome night! You added flare, fire and a lot of fun to our party with your magical drinks, charisma, high energy and friendliness. The variety and quality of drinks was amazing, the speed at which they kept rolling out and your dry ice mystical set up gave our party pazzazz. You mingled with our guests and were definitely a highlight to the night. We are looking for an excuse to do it all again!

Participated in a virtual cocktail making class. Clint is a fabulous host, great personality and stories to share. The drinks are so yummy. Highly recommend his virtual class and cocktails.

Highly recommend! Went above and beyond to give me the best 30th party. Their cocktail recipes were delicious and they can custom make anything you order. set up well before the party arrived, left the place spotless. Clint from Pineapple Jam was the cocktail barman for our wedding, and we could not be happier with the service he provided. From the moment I contacted him, his prompt and helpful replies and his professionalism made it clear we had made the right choice :) As our wedding had been scheduled during the pandemic, resulting in us changing venues, Clint was flexible and more than happy to be accommodating to these changes making the process so much easier for us. Now the day of the wedding - WOW. Clint set up the bar with his amazing garnishes, decorations and glassware and impressed all of us with his absolutely delicious cocktails. He even threw in a few surprise combinations which we loved. We received many compliments not only for the drinks but also Clint's personality. I would highly recommend hiring him for any upcoming event - he made our wedding day so memorable and fun.

Awesome cocktail masterclass!! Every little detail was thought of by the team at Pineapple Jam, from the ingredients of the cocktails, to the bar tools - all high quality and incredibly delicious, do try the home-made pineapple jam made by Sophie! So amazing! Clinton thew in some flare moves, totally entertaining! I couldn't recommend them more, thank you again for a wonderful night! :)

Clint was amazing at our friend's party. He and his team set up nice and early, kept everything clean and most importantly - kept the delicious drinks flowing!!! The cocktails were brilliant and the shots were free-flowing. Clint's services were top-notch and everyone at the party was taken care of. Thank you very much! Would highly recommend Pineapple Jam.

What an amazing experience. As you walk into the venue, it sets the scene for a fun night with Clinton, the host with the most. He has a great personality and makes the overall experience of making cocktails so much more enjoyable. This, coupled with incredible canapes from Thomas Damm from Damm Good Catering, made it an experience to remember.

We did this as a team activity and would highly recommend it.

Clint and his team bartended our wedding at a private venue and I can’t recommended them enough. The whole team made our night what it was! Not only where the cocktails so delicious but the vibe they bought was something else!

We first came across the Pineapple Jam Hospitality team a few months ago at a friends' function. Amazing cocktails, a fantastic fire flair bartending show and just really nice people. They did the same fabulous job at our function last weekend.

Excellent masterclass. Cocktails were delicious and the class itself was a lot of fun. They brought their home made pineapple jam along, as well as other home made ingredients, which were something special.

and bumped into few friends were doing the masterclass at the same time which made my experience even more special
