Blue Summit Cottages

Great location with spectacular views across the valley to mountains. The room was spacious with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was well appointed with a lot of home comforts supplied. A peaceful and relaxing experience.

I would highly recommend Blue Summit Cottages to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The owners are very kind and accommodating, the room was very nice and great value. In the kingfisher suite, we also overlooked 2 ducks and 2 alpacas who are very cute and we were able to feed. We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing time at the Blue Summit Cottages. The views are amazing from the room (black cockatoo). Loved that there was a full kitchen so we could cook for ourselves. Spa bath was lovely and relaxing. Honestly couldn’t fault the place

Such a fantastic location, with lovely hosts! Steve was very welcoming and more than happy to assist as needed. The room (Black Cockatoo) was stunning while still feeling homey. Beautiful views, very quiet with plenty of birds around. I would highly recommend.

Second time my husband and I have stayed here and we absolutely love it here. Such a peaceful location, great views, lovely grounds and great location. Will definitely be back as they are lovely hosts and it's a very beautiful villa.

A wonderful and peaceful spot to stay with magnificent views. The cabin was very comfortable and well-equipped, which made it perfect for a night in. The booking and check-in process was smooth and convenient. We are looking forward to staying again sometime soon.

It was a very comfortable stay. Place was very clean, everything we needed for our 4 night stay was provided. We were able to cook breakfasts and couple of other meals thanks to full cooking facilities. Was not too far from town so fairly handy to shops etc. View from deck and quiet surroundings, with only birds chirping, were lovely and peaceful. Great for couples. Good value.

My Husband and I stayed at Blue Summit Cottages while celebrating our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. We stayed in the King Parrot room and were blown away with how beautiful the room is as well as its lovely views. Everything is as described, and is very clean. The rooms are very private despite being located within 20 metres of the next apartment. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be recommending Blue Summit to friends and family. What an amazing, magical place this is!
We stayed in the King Parrot cottage and the cleanliness of the property, the location and the grounds were all 10 out of 10. totally spotless!
The hosts thought of absolutely everything to keep us comfortable during our stay.
We were only there for 2 nights but wished we could have stayed for longer. It was a perfect mini break for our anniversary :-)
The check in and check out was super easy and we were kept informed by email from originally booking right through to leaving.

Absolutely loved our little getaway to the Blue Summit Cottages. It’s so peaceful.
The cottage was well presented with all the extras you want for a weekend away. Steve the host was fantastic, and very welcoming.

We have stayed in multiple accomodations in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and this was definitely a favourite for us. We stayed in the Kingfisher cottage and highly recommend. The views were breathtaking and visible from every spot. Quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we needed. Initially thought we would be disappointed with the gas fireplace over wood burning one, but found this was easy, beautiful and warm. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here, although don't book kingfisher as I will likely have it booked out for myself! :)

I stayed in the Cockatiel Cottage for two nights with my partner. Cannot fault it at all - check in/out was incredibly simple, the room was beautifully presented and the view was stunning. The bed was very comfortable and the spa bath was so relaxing! I will definitely be staying with Blue Summit again.

What a wonderful 5 days away. King Parrot Cottage was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck most afternoons overlooking the spacious grounds. The view of the mountains were amazing along with watching the fog come and go through the valley. The cottage was lovely and clean and very well equipped. The gas fireplace along with the air-conditioning ensured we were kept warm and cosy. Absolute privacy and so serene and yet so close to the town and other tourist attractions. Our hosts Steve and Aliana were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely will return again. Love, Love, Loved it.

Beautiful location approximately 7 minutes from Maleny.
We stayed in the Kingfisher cottage for 3 nights.
The cottage is laid out nicely, modern, clean and private.
Undercover parking is just steps away from your cottage.
All utensils are provided in the fully equiped kitchen.
The gas fireplace was easy to use, you can login to various streaming apps on the TV (be sure to logout prior to your departure) and the highlight of the room is the spa.
Check in and out is easy. We were not disturbed during our stay.
Steve was lovely, told us some of the history of the cottages and was kind enough to allow us the feed two alpacas that reside beside the cottage.
An excellent stay and I highly recommend staying at Blue Summit Cottages.

Our first stop on our honeymoon and it was everything we needed and more. We LOVED our stay here; the view was stunning, the room was luxury and the spa was definitely one of the biggest highlights. My husband and I want to Thank you for creating such an incredible atmosphere and setting the scene for our honeymoon. We would love to stay again if we are ever back in the hills.

Great experience from the start. Margie and Pete were great hosts from the moment we booked. We stayed in the Black Cockatoo cottage, and the space is outstanding. We would happily stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for a little escape for 2 people, and came with great amenities; from a fully functional kitchen (and utensils) to a spa bath and lovely shower, a massive and comfortable bed, easy to use fireplace, and a good sized deck with a magnificent view.

The property itself is about a 10 minute drive to Maleny, and commuting between the 2 was easy.

Beautiful little cottages, just perfect for a couple of days of pure relaxation. Amazing location with wonderful views, clean, comfortable and private. Lovely hosts who made the booking process so easy. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

The most perfect getaway. Margie, Pete and staff were an absolute delight and made us feel so incredibly welcome throughout our stay. We stayed in the Kingfisher cottage and it was truly magical. The location and views were breathtaking to wake up to every morning. The cottage was very clean and well looked after. Equipped with a full kitchen and plenty of cooking utensils, a new smart TV and even a new espresso coffee machine, we had everything we needed to enjoy three days of luxury and relaxation. The huge spa bath with a beautiful view of the hinterland was very much enjoyed. Cuddling up on the couch with an amazing view of the hinterland and the fireplace keeping us warm was truly magical. We will most definitely be back and recommending this to anyone looking for a secluded, quiet, affordable and romantic getaway to unwind and relax.
