Tobin Wines

Got to go to Tobin winery again after a 12 year interval between visits. The wine is spectacular, amongst the best in the Granite Belt. We actually got to have Mr Tobin himself do our tasting. He's a wealth of knowledge of all things wine and it was an absolute pleasure to have him share his enthusiasm for wine with us. Tobin Winery is definitely one if the wineries in the area that is on our must visit list. Cannot recommend it enough

Love this place. Sarah and Ian were wonderful hosts for both wine tasting and tour. Very educational and the wines are of a very high standard. Excited to try all the different wines we purchased, and moreso for our next visit.

From the moment we were greeted by Sarah at the door, to the wine tasting and tour by Ian, we felt very welcomed and relaxed all throughout. The space is comfortable and the wines are beautiful - would recommend the Luella Plum Cabernet.

I searched for the wine tasting and decided to pick Tobin Wine as people all commented his high quality wine. Adrian Tobin was not at the cellar door and we were served by his friendly staff. She’s also professional and she explained to us their high standard of production process that’s why their wine is the best. We tasted 3 red and 3 white and we particularly liked a white wine so we bought one. His wines are among the best in this country. We saw some return customers who just walked in and bought the wine. Definitely worth visiting if you are interested in wine tasting.

Great intimate wine tasting experience with Sarah. Sarah took the time to walk us through each wine and it's process along with some history of the vineyard and its owner. Couldn't recommend Tobin Wines enough for their outstanding service and in depth knowledge. They were also extremely understanding of a booking mix up.

Beautiful location with a great host. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth stopping by and restocking for your wine collection with some local wines.

Adrian Tobin is a passionate and driven individual who takes considerable pride in his vineyard and the wines he produces. At 77 years of age, his enthusiasm is infectious.All of his wines are named after his grandchildren, and of the 14 wines on his list, half are already sold out. The wines are single varietals produced in small batches and no blending takes place. Visit this place is have a class about wine love, work love and life love. Amazing.

My boyfriend and I did a wine tasting with Sara. Sara was absolutely amazing, she took such great care of us explaining each wine and even took us for a look in their wine cellar. We had so much fun tasting wine with her.

We were really lucky to visit Tobin Wines when the man himself Adrian Tobin was at the cellar door. His wines are among the best in this country because of his incredibly high standards during the production process. Try to align your visit when he is around and hear his story and passion for creating the very best wines.

After much research it was decided that Tobin would be on the list of wineries to visit. Sarah and Ian both offered exceptional service with only their quality of wines being able to match. Would certainly recommend to anyone, the best winery in Stanthorpe (that we visited)

One of my absolute favourites from the Granite Belt from the Amazing Tobin. Staff / owners wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also was able to go out back to view the wine barrels and hear more about their winemaking processes. Thank you for having us (and my dog). The Sarah Rose - just WOW 🤩

What a superb experience being served by (I hope we remember correctly) Sarah this Saturday. So knowledgeable and welcoming. We really didn't need or expect to spend more money after our shopping extravaganza but learning about the wines and history of the winery , we were won over. It's just a shame her male colleague kept interrupting and bullying her in front of customers. Such bad form. We will be back and looking to be served by her, a credit to Tobin Winery.

The best winery experience. Superior wines and fabulous company. Knowledge about their wines and history is second to none. Sarah blew us away with her knowledge of wines. Sarah and Ian you are a formidable pair. Thank you and see you next year.

Adrian Tobin should become a worldwide famous wine educator. Meeting people who are so passionate about what they do is so rare.

Sarah was knowledgeable on the wines and took us through the process they follow of wine making and what makes Tobin Wines unique. We don’t normally love Chardonnay but found it hard to not walk away with it and the entire wine collection. It was incredible to see the process of wine making and the barrel room. Highly recommend stopping at Tobin Wines it was a highlight of our trip

Extraordinary wines served with passion and knowledge. What Adrian and his wine maker Ian are doing there is quite incredible. They have lifted the quality of wine being produced on the Granite Belt to stratospheric levels. As good as any premium wine region in Australia. If you appreciate fine wine a visit to this winery when next you visit the Granite Belt should be at top of your list!

Great little winery. I went with a bunch of friends. Adrian and Phil were extremely welcoming. Their knowledge of wines and the intricacies around wine making makes the wine tasting an absolute pleasure, even for someone who's new to wines like myself.
