I have been using the fermented honey with cooking and marinades - it is perfect addition to these. Our absolute favourite is the ginger creamed honey - very addictive. Recently bought a variety of honey. My favourite which I am using now is the Cinnamon infused honey which is so good on my morning oats.

Sweet tasting raw unfiltered dark honey. Highly recommend to anyone who reads this review. I will be ordering more when finished Honey has been harvested all the way back to ancient biblical times.

Highly recommend this Australian honey. I love their fresh natural honeycomb paired with a wheel of brie and their organic ginger honey mixed into my porridge. Delicious.
