Lake Barrington Campground

Free camp. Good toilets. Easy lake access. Open space for camping so get there early and get a good spot as can fill up quick eg one night we had 4 others there the next was like 10-15 others and a group of school kids. Bins/barrels for rubbish. Camp fires allowed i think, lots of spots where people had had fires and no signs saying no open fires.

Beautiful place.
Toilets were unusable though, a disgrace after the long weekend.

The campground was very quiet, we even had wood for a fire. The guy who maintains the place was very kind to brought us a bin.

Very peaceful. Great place to camp. Bring your winter woollies! It gets freezing at night

Not a bad spot!.... Except when the Rude, over privileged townies turn up and they try and take over the area the foul mouthed bunch with horrible kids

Good spot

Quite a nice and spacious campground but you cannot really see the lake directly from the campground, however it's just a few mins walk to the boat ramp and you can see the whole lake. There are toilets and bbq pits available!
