Repco Auto Parts Munno Para

Had an issue recently with a car I got from a dodgy car yard on main north road near the city. Followed the fault and found it's a parasitic electrical draw making the battery flat after around 3-4hrs. Called up Repco and they suggested a battery quick disconnect until I can fix the issue properly, then they found the last one they had on clearance so I only had to pay $9 after having spent money on a second hand bf xr6. 100% would recommend, they've saved me again and I can get to and from work without having to worry about the battery going flat. 5 stars!!

3 different staff members gave me their time freely for advice on different products. When one member wasn't completely confident, they were able to access another member that was ready to assist. It was a refreshing change from the other stores where members "hem and haw" and read you the backs of packaging that you've already seen, or treat you like you're beneath them because you asked for advice or assistance. Members trained to get you the most appropriate advice and support is really good business culture and I really appreciated that from the staff at this Repco location.

Called up for a heater hose. Was told part wasn’t in stock but give him a minute and he’ll see if there was an alternative part. Was told they had something similar. I went in store with the old part. Was able to use said hose. Thanks Liam for your professionalism and going the extra mile. Cheers

Fast customer service friendly staff RAA members get discounts

Very happy with the help from the staff there. Lots of information. Don't "dumb things down" because I'm a woman. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't realise that I didn't need. Very thankful for that, and for that reason I'll definitely return and recommend the store to anyone looking for Automotive parts and accessories

....staff were friendly and patient. Didn't have an idea about what type of engine oil to use, but after speaking with a particular staff,he took time to ask detail(s) about my car, especially since my car mileage was about hitting 200k. That helped with picking my car engine oil. Smooth ride after servicing!

It was Sunday morning and abit isolated. Had to wait for awhile to get served as staffs were busy doing their own staff. Spent over $300 because the guy at counter was friendly and very sharp with details. Got what I was looking for and shop had items in stock. This is not a negative review as businesses sometimes schedule Sunday as stock filling day. But overall everything you need is there. Lots of carpark space and many options in store for item ranges. Definitely recommend a visit for your car part needs.

Definite improvement in help from staff. Great variety of stock. Prices a bit over the top. But with RAA card helps bring price back. Staff friendly and helpful.

Thomas was friendly, polite, knowledgeable as well as being Excellent at customer service. He alone earned this shop a new customer!!!! It was a pleasure dealing with Thomas I hope all your employees are similar to him.

My current favourite auto parts store in the Smithfield area. Suprisingly good stock levels and variety and can surprise with the price. My first port of call. They have discount for RAA etc and some very good price reductions on clearance items. Buy online and collect in person works OK too.

Got discount with my raa card.
