Very nice coffee and croissant for late breakfast/brunch outside in the sun. One thing about a few of the coffee places on Prospect Rd, is that they’re lucky enough to have outdoor seating areas - which is so great when there’s sun out! This particular cibo is lucky enough to have an outdoor area bordering the Vine St Plaza, which is just lovely.
The coffee came out as I ordered it - 3/4 fill only. Cibo doesn’t usually let me down on good textured, silky froth on a Cappuccino and this one didn’t either. I asked for the croissant to be just warmed, not toasted and it was. It also was not floppy from having been put in the microwave. So they toasted it lightly, as I requested. And it was fresh tasting and absolutely delicious. A yummy and satisfying little repast before studying at the nearby library.

Oh, Cibo Prospect also has disability access.

Just had my fancy order coffee: decaf cappuccino with hazelnut and extra chocolate. Waited 10mins as they were busy (good sign) but was well worth the wait! As soon as I had my coffee, tasted great, milk froth was perfect. Like perfect. I am coffee snob and know the order can be easy to mess up, so amazed it was so good. Well done Cibo even on a busy NYE.

Lovely cafe. Variety of snacks, food & cakes! Made a great cappuccino!! Plus extra hot, just as I asked for!! They listened!

Coffee was great but the best part is the service. The ladies were very polite and even though I was only on holiday for a few days, I felt very much like a regular. The coffee was consistent each day and price was what you pay anywhere else. Would definitely get back there again for good hospitality which is a rare occurrence these days.

I can't believe I've never reviewed my go-to Cibo! I work nearby and love coming here for an escape at lunch time, sitting outside in the little courtyard in the sun. The staff are super friendly, and they always bring my coffee to me when I'm stuck on a phone call. Also consistently delicious lattes here. Thanks so much!

Reasonable prices. Good array of food coffee and icecream. Parking abit hard at times.

How I have missed you all during this time of social isolation and distancing.

Anita - the best owner/manager is good at everything. Yes everything!! Making coffee, training staff, keeping wonderful staff for years, remembering names of customers and....everything!!!

I went back todsy for the first time in weeks.
Distancing is being done so well, I felt safe.
Lunch, at home, was delicious and oh, oh - the coffee!!

Five stars are not enough for Cibo at Prospect.

Cibo is one of the few coffee chains that I frequent. The Prospect Road Cibo is as good as the rest but the location is in one of the cultural and cuisine hubs of Adelaide. The staff were all friendly and the coffee was as good as I expected.

Can't go wrong with their coffe.

Always friendly, great hot chocolates, and located next to a shaded pedestrian-only street with plenty of bench seats. Gelato shakes are delicious.
