This is the second time we’ve used Express at Home to hire a breast pump - first in 2020 and now (2023) and I can’t recommend this service highly enough. Carl responds very quickly to enquires and both times we were able to hire the pump on the same day. The first time we hired it he delivered the pump to our home and gave us a thorough lesson on how to use it which was great when you’re a first time parent. The Medela pumps we hired were clean and in excellent condition and he sells the accessory kits so you can get everything you need all at once which is super convenient. Carl is very friendly and patient and has been a pleasure to deal with.

I needed a breast pump pretty quickly as my daughter wasn't gaining enough weight. Carl was prompt and explained everything to me, answering all my questions and having a pump ready for me within the hour.

Being a first time Mumma I had no idea where to hire a pump from so my lactation consultant gave me the details to Express@home & I got in touch with them immediately. I rang to hire the pump machine in the morning & within an hour Carl delivered the machine which was so helpful having a two week old & lack of time. Not long after baby arrived we ran into breast feeding issues and needed to obtain a pump quickly. It happened to be 5pm on a Friday but these guys went above and beyond to help us, meaning we had a pump that night with a minimum of fuss. Hire term was flexible and an initial 2 weeks turned into 12 weeks, but this was no problem. Seems like it's a local family run business who know their stuff and are friendly and efficient.
