I ordered a few samples online and loved being able to try out the fragrances before committing to a larger size (Eight & Bob - Annicke 5 is divine and my most recent purchase)

Over the weekend I popped by to check out a few other fragrances from the same range; the most lovely bubbly assistant picked out fragrances to try on my skin based on me liking the above fragrance… I was so impressed, perfect suggestions (I am such a fussy scent picker too, they nailed it) - great store, staff and experience!! <3

LOVE THE PEOPLE, LOVE THE FRAGRANCES.
When I tell you that this place felt like home, I mean it! Everyone was so lovely and patient (I literally stayed there for 2.5 hours)
They listened to what I loved, what I wasn't a fan of, and helped me find an amazing fragrance that I went home with.
I wanted to give a special mention to Steph who is an amazing soul!

The service at this place is excellent. No pushing a particular perfume onto you like most places. Excellent product knowledge. Excellent range, including some natural products. They will LISTEN to you, line up a range of perfumes they think will fit what you like, and help you find something YOU love. I haven't experienced service like it.

My partner and I had the best time here and walked out with some gorgeous scents. Steph who helped us out was so incredibly knowledgeable, warm, encouraging, and fun! She supported us in finding what worked and indulged our curiosity in sampling dozens of different scents. Can’t recommend enough.

I visited this lovely shop yesterday (12/1/24) and was served by a sweet and very knowledgable woman, I unfortunately did not get her name but she had red(ish?) hair. She was amazing and super helpful. The store itself has a really good range and stocks brands that I haven't personally seen anywhere else in a physical store such as Tokyo Milk, Imaginary Authors, and Mihan Aromatics. I ended up purchasing a discovery set and if one of the samples becomes a favourite I'll definitely get the full bottle from here! I absolutely recommend this store for fragrance enthusiasts and also people who don't know much about fragrance because the team here will look after you well!

Lore Perfumery has an incredible array of fragrances for every nose. I have found so many niche fragrances that I love in this store. The lore ladies are unbelievably knowledgeable, and tell the most visual tales each fragrance represents or conjures.

After a recommendation from a friend, I bought the Lore spritzmas advent calendar. And it was 12 days of uncovering scents I wouldn't normally test or buy and now I have list a mile long of perfumes I want.

Thank you for bringing wonder and joyous surprises back into the life of an adult at Christmas.

I took my 16 year old son into Lore today to find a fragrance for him. The tour de force, the deep, deep knowledge, the lovely fresh banter… what an experience. He is a surfer/skater very cool dude and he loved it. We found his scent and also found possibly the best perfumery in the world. Well we found absolutely world class staff anyway♥

I smell better now.. absolutely sensational customer service, spent about 2 hours here, and would still go back.. have your nose blessed!!

Honestly Lore has the loveliest online customer service team I have ever dealt with (from a self confessed online shopping addict). They were so clear and friendly in their communication and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive and memorable experience. As for the in-store experience I hope one day to visit, my sister has been and she had nothing but amazing things to say too. Apparently the staff are super clever and can recommend fragrances based on notes or even just a mood/vibe ♡ Highly highly recommend for fragrances and skincare products, they give such a personalised and wonderful experience which is pretty rare these days. ♡

With a little spare time on a Sunday afternoon I stumbled into Lore Perfumery in search of a special scent for my wedding day! I told Steph about scents I wear and what I like about them and she took me through the most incredible array of perfume, a journey of scent!! Steph gave me all the time in the world and I didn't feel at all rushed. I'd explained I couldn't purchase today and that didn't affect her customer service at all. I loved how all the other staff came and had a little nosey at the scents we were choosing and joined in the experience. I went away with a spray of four of my favourites to see how they developed and changed on my skin.. and as soon as payday rolled around I was back to buy TWO! A wedding day scent and just a little treat because I deserve it.

It is official I am low key obsessed with Lore Perfumery and will not be buying scent anywhere else. I feel like I am now a part of the best girl gang on Brunswick Street and you probably should be too 🤭🥰

I would recommend lore to anyone looking to pick up some perfume for themselves or a loved one.

Went with my girlfriend to explore the world of boutique scents for the first time last week. It was an absolutely delightful experience that I can't recommend enough.

The attendant behind the counter that day, Brandon, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, informative, and most of all patient. He gave us a tasting platter of a range of scents to consider and recommended several more to us based on our preferences.

I definitely look forward to my next visit and can't wait to fall in love with another perfume once my budget allows for it.

Great experience to come into this store and receive a scent consult. I learned a lot about perfume and what kind of things I like. Attendants were very helpful and lovely to talk to

I have only ever bought online, but the speed of packing/shipping, efficiency in communication, aesthetics of the packages and the SAMPLES are amazing. Thanks to the latter, I have found my new signature scent!
Great job for setting the new benchmark of online shopping and customer service. See, other sites? It doesn’t have to be bland, faceless, and clinical.
