Have dined here a few times. Very extensive menu pockmarked with signature dishes. They have all classic Malaysian dishes with mostly massive portions. Some of the dishes (papa Wat Tan) are large enough to share between two people. Drinks are super fun as is the interior, and there’s self serve water.

Good food!

And a lot of food options to choose from. One of the places in Victoria I wasn't disappointed dining out.

Wonderful food and service. We were served by Ella who was just delightful. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and arrived so quickly. A great range provided on the menu.. so there's something for everyone. And to top it off for Mother's Day, they gifted mum a rose and some chocolates. We were so touched by the gesture. We definitely recommend.

I enthusiastically rate both Claudius's services and the restaurant with 5 stars. The service I got from Claudius is outstanding, while the restaurant not only provided excellent service but also delivered delectable food. A truly satisfying experience overall.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. Kim assisted us the whole way and it made the whole dining in process smooth. We felt very well looked after by both Kim and Claudius. The food were also consistently yummy. 11/10 would recommend!

Tasty, fresh Malaysian food. It arrived really quickly and all the staff were extremely friendly, especially Ella. It’s a nice and quiet spot compared to the busy Northland food court and feels a lot more premium too. The prices are really reasonable, we got 3 mains, a side, two drinks and a dessert for $80

Having attend multiple PapaRich franchises in my lifetime, never had I experienced such friendly and quick service. Kim was quick and kind enough to ensure that we had the appropriate necessities such as cutlery and napkins. Her friendly smile was welcoming and feels like a visit to a friend’s house. Would 100% recommend the chicken rice at this welcoming and clean establishment.

Lovely staff and lovely food. The atmosphere was also perfect for catching up with people i have not seen in a while. Thank you kindly to Claudius and Kim for looking after us so well. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area 😊

Pretty authentic Malaysian food - a local gem really! My daughter and I have been coming here for a while when I can't be bothered cooking. Ella has been a consistent smiling and welcoming face for us, which we really appreciate. Nice touch with the rose and gift box on Mother's Day! What a pleasant surprise.

We have never felt more like home whenever we step in - from comfort food, the warm hospitality by Kim and her team, making sure our needs and asks are fulfilled, always a pleasant experience. Thanks for always being so welcoming. Definitely the place where we will take our Australian friends to taste flavours of Malaysia!

Papparich has consistently been our preferred Malaysian restaurant, offering amazing food, great service, and a clean environment. Today, Angeline served us with politeness and was very helpful. We enjoyed our lunch today

Dined here twice and both the times we had a wonderful time. There is a wide range of food to choose from and the portions are generous. Worth the price paid. The food is filled with flavours and so delicious. All the dishes we tried were good. There is also a wide range of drinks. My favourites are the Teh Tarik and the Milo Dinosaur. The Teh Tarik is heavenly. The best I have had. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Ample seating is available.

It was an amazing experience to go for a mother's day dinner out here. They gave us Complimentary Rose stick with chocolates and 10% discount on the order. The important thing was that making the mums felt special on this day was literally amazing and surprisingly. The Curry Laksa Soup is amazing at this branch.

PapaRich Northland never disappoints! Their delicious food keeps me coming back, but it's the friendly staff, especially Kim, who elevate the experience with their warmth and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking both great food and top-notch customer service.

Amazing food and such good prices! The customer service we received was so lovely, we were served by Ella. Ella was so nice and caring to make sure my food was gluten free.
