Thank you so much Simon! You truly are a miracle man! My husband lost my car keys when he went mountain biking and we had no way of getting home from the Alpine region of VIC. I was so so anxious! Simon gave me a quote and booked an appointment within minutes - Simon to the rescue! He was so so reassuring. Simon had to drive 2 hours or so to meet us. He is just the best! Friendly, professional, definitely competitive/fair pricing - we paid half of what another locksmith quoted.

Simon was amazing. I had an urgent job for some deadlocks to be fitted at our new home as I had very young grandchildren visiting and lived right on the water. Simon's day was already a busy one but understood my situation so he organised to come and do the job around lunchtime that same day I called. Mum had the key in her VX commodore get stuck in the ignition barrel - could not start car or turn off from accessory position, or even get the key out. Roadside assist was unable to help and suspected the ignition barrel failed.

After getting the car towed home, we found Simon and gave him a call, within half an hour he arrived (in Metung).
Simon was able to replace the ignition barrel in the car, cut a new key and was very thorough to make sure everything worked 100% before he left.
Pricing was fair even being a Saturday and the service delivered was very professional, efficient, with great attention to detail.
The new ignition barrel is heaps smoother!

Can't rate Simon highly enough. Arrived at our on-site van after a long lockdown, only to find the screen door lock had seized. Simon came promptly, changed the lock, re-keyed our door lock to match, and cleaned up afterwards! Explained what he was doing and why, and all at affordable rates. 6 stars 😀.
