Concept Bathrooms

Work completed on time without any hassle. We renovated our kitchen and bathroom.

After choosing Concept Bathrooms we were excited about our renovation and the team there seemed to understand our budget constraints. However throughout the build I'm dissapointed to say that they got very careless and we felt like a real "inbetween job" to other bigger jobs. The job took alot longer to complete than they stated, we had to question alot of things being done that we were not consulted about and the finishes of the job were terrible.
We were astounded that we had to ask several times for them to fix basic finishes or come up with solutions ourselves to issues that should of been trouble shooted or completed by them, to a much higher standard.
Even after the issues were fixed they were still not up to scratch.
Whilst the team we dealt with were lovely people individually it did not refelct the quality of the job they provided.

Renovated our bathroom and laundry room. Bad experience in communication, timing, and quality. Would not recommend.
