The shop owner honed in on a perfect pair of shoes for my feet like a hawk to a mouse. Never had such careful and professional attention for fitting my runners. Old school style of service - loved it.

Great range of all the best running shoes including spikes which is great because not many retailers carry spikes. The store is really called Runners World for all the right reasons, and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Love supporting local retailers that are set up purely for running and runners, make sure you do to so they don’t go away!

Excellent, great customer service from Neil. He is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I have very small, narrow, and different-sized feet, but managed to get exactly the shoes I needed. All the best running shoes I've gotten - for road running, long distance, and trail - have been from this store. If you are an avid runner and are looking for proper shoes, not fashion items, this is the right store.

Pricing is very reasonable as well, in my opinion.

Small shop with massive stocks compare to TRC who has nearly no stock. Shop owner is extra helpful and talented athletes who will guide you the best. Leave it with him to get the right shoes for you

Would highly recommend going here for your new pair of runners! Neil was so incredibly helpful. Usually my experience finding a new pair of runners is long, painful and flat out unenjoyable. But I walked in to this shop, was helped out immediately and after trusting Neil’s expertise and advice, I ended up buying the first pair he got me to try on. This place is amazing! Good old fashioned product knowledge and customer service! Neil was a fount of wisdom in my search for new runners, taking my old ones in hand and being able to advise at one glance what I needed. Their range is excellent and prices competitive. Don’t go here to get the benefit of the knowledge and service and then buy online. Keep local shops alive! We wouldn’t have places like this, with such dedicated support and wise advice, otherwise. As long as Runners World is here, I’ll never go anywhere else. So glad to have discovered it!

Neil was super helpful in helping me choose a shoe that was good for my feet! I have flat feet, arthritis, and a bunion.

He helped me try on many different shoes, let me run in them, and gave me his expert advice. They were on sale too which helped! These are much better than my last pair of runners.

Runners world is the place to be professionally fitted for the correct shoe for the the foot shape and size. Having been a customer for many years
and having run marathons as a 'spartan' Runners World has been a fantastic help in the selection of foot wear. It is really worth the trip
to the Kew Shop. The house hold named large sports shops in my opinion do not have the expertise and product knowledge to give reliable
advice. Feet are important for mobility. Without great mobility your
quality of life is diminished. Prices are very competitive as is the choice of major brands.

Neil at Runners World is the best!!!! He was so knowledgable about the jump spikes that I needed, and ordered some pairs in for me when they didn't stock my size and called me right away when they came in! He also helped me with choosing spikes for the shoes. Will be recommending to everyone!!!

Excellent! It makes a huge difference when you have an expert help you fit. My son tried every brand before deciding which was best for him - you can’t do that online.

Runner's World is the best. I have flat feet, that roll out at the front, a high bridge and narrow heels. Going to other sports stores for runners was always torturous. I was never happy with my purchase, feeling I had settled for the best of the options, not the best option for me. Since I started going to Runner's World I have never had a bad pair of shoes. They take the time to find the right pair of shoes and I always walk away happy. If you have difficult feet, you won't regret it. I don't have to worry about my shoes causing me an injury.
