Just wanted to say a big thank you to Leah who looked after me yesterday.
Her knowledge, skills and friendly matter made it easy for me to deal with a possible purchase.
Sadly I didn’t find what I was looking for, but Leah was great.
Sad to say the other staff member, didn’t look too interested in serving an older person, but I’m glad Leah went out of her way to be very helpful.

I wish I remembered the staff members name who assisted me today. I went in Saturday morning after a horrible experience at Myer. The lady who helped me was super friendly, made me feel comfortable & bang on regarding sizing. The bras she chose for me, never in a million years would I have looked at. I hadn't brought a bra in 10 years, so comfort was priority after wearing crops/sports bras. Not only were the bras comfy, they were supportive & made me look AMAZING.

Absolutely amazing service. Always go here to get my bras. So difficult to find my size and lively staff helped so much.

Jordan was super helpful and helped me to get the right fit! Also suggested the bra I ended up buying and was all round amazing!

I just want to say thank you so much to Jasmine one of the workers at the northland store! I walked in very anxious and apprehensive about the struggle of finding a new bra that will fit me ok considering I’m postpartum so my breast have changed a lot. Jasmine was extremely patient and understand regarding my concerns and took her time to help guide me in choosing the most suitable bra for my cup size. She helped my find two bras that fit me really well, supportive and flattering. :) I will definitely shop at bras n things again given how terrific the customer service was!

I had some issues with sizing and Christine was incredibly helpful this morning with sizing and making sure I bought the perfect bra. You could tell she just loves her job and helping people - nothing was a fuss for her.

They have great stock. The staff are amazing and are really attentive to your needs they are happy to help, but also just happy to let you browse by yourself. The bras are really good quality. Great store.
