Such a great atmosphere with excellent decor and delicious food.
It's cosy with the tables quite close together, which creates a vibrant buzz. The interior design sweeps you to South America and makes for a unique experience in the Melbourne cafe scene.
The food is fantastic with the arepas coming in a range of delicious varieties. The coffee is also great.

The best Columbian I’ve had. Great food, cutie layout and always good vibes. A must if you haven’t tried it already.

I’ve been to Arepa and Sonido a few times and always leave with a smile on my face.

My personal favourite is the blood sausage, so delicious. The pollo (chicken) would be close second. It’s marinated in a slightly spicy marinade and finished on the grill with a nice charr on it.

Don’t forget to add cheese! Or an egg or both to be honest.

Arepa Days in Preston serves traditional South American breakfasts and coffee. Bright and breezy decor greet you with South American retro pop tunes rising from the record player in the corner. Food is based around the Arepa, a light fluffy disc of maiz lightly toasted and served with an assortment of sides. I had the grilled chorizo with black beans, guac and pica. To be honest, one of the best breakfasts I have had in Melbourne. Such a refreshing change from the standard eggs and bacon.
The price is up there but it's worth it. Coffee is great too serving Wood & co beans.

Always a favourite when in Preston. The arepas are great of course, but so are the sweets and coffee. I especially love the alfajores, which taste just like the ones I grew up with. So nice to be able to get a taste of that in Melbourne.

Super cute little cafe in Preston. Really good coffee and a unique little menu; the arepas are delicious, particularly the ones topped with grilled chicken. Amazing. Staff were friendly and it was beautiful, cozy, and warm inside.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. Staff is super friendly. Food has authentic colombian flavour (the black pudding, morcilla, with lemon is my favorite). Coffee is excellent, from Colombia off course. At peak times you have to wait to be seated and to get the food. But the flavours and service worth the wait.

Got curious when browsing on uber eats and decided to try something different. I got the egg and bacon arepa and a chorizo side. I'm now interested in Colombian food so will have to get a little more adventurous

Amazing food and drinks, I had the beans and feta which was delicious and it's healthy and fairly priced!! Very friendly service. Will be back again for sure!

This coffee shop is tucked away in Preston Street, Preaton and has a great tasting mild coffee which pleasently different and leaves a nice after taste on the palate. This coffee is worth the visit.

Really nice little place in Preston, the arepas are sooooo good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try the whole menu, I'll definitely be back again.

This is a cute little cafe offering authentic South American food. It delicious as well as having a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you're an American looking for nonfizzy lemonade this place has got you covered. It's also very reasonably priced. My partner and I ordered way to much food and drink for our small table.

This is such a hidden gem just off High Street. I regularly go back for their chicken arepas and iced lemonades. Coffees are great as well and the atmosphere is so friendly.

One of the most nicest tiny little cafes found in Melbourne! Interior of the cafe has a wonderful vibe and the food adds up to it! Arepas were fantastic and was well worth the visit north!

Excellent cafe, with a warm decor and ambiance. Coffee is brilliant and the food is amazing, sizes are not massive so if you're feeling hungry it's an opportunity to try another dish!

MUST GO place for yummy brunch. Pretty and unique decorations, SUPER nice food. The chicken and mushrooms are to die for.
