Even one star is overrated for this so called tax agent. Have never been so underhelped in trying to do a return and then when asked about options told about things that are irrelevant to the profession I'm in. Was then refused service and told to go somewhere else to get my tax done. And went so far to say that he was not sorry when I was leaving. No anger was shown just rudeness.

Unprofessional and I doubt their competence. They made basic mistakes in my tax returns that meant that I paid too much tax. Luckily I got a competent tax professional to do my tax returns last year and they spotted the mistakes in the previous years and helped me reclaim the overpayments. I have submitted a complaint via their website, emailed, called and sent letters to their office in Bentleigh and they will not respond! I have now written to the Tax Practitioners Board to lodge a complaint and encourage others who have had a similar experience to do the same.

Although the owner says he wants to make things right he fails to take any action and my emails to him bounce back...
