FAZIO HAMPTON

Had a delightful evening at Fazio, a local gem that serves up authentic Italian cuisine. The food was delicious, complemented perfectly by their selection of wine. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, enhanced by the warm and friendly service from the staff. I was particularly impressed with the generous pours of wine, adding an extra touch of indulgence to our meal. Fazio is definitely on my list for a return visit. Highly recommend for anyone craving a genuine Italian dining experience!

As a lover of pizza, this is a must do every time I'm home in Melbourne. Service is good and food is delicious. I had the special pizza without prosciutto. I expected to take half home but I was able to make room :)

Great Italian restaurant with extensive menu + special menu new dishes.
Lots seats indoor and around 6-8 seats outdoor. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Housemade Italian recipes. Arancini mushroom were excellent and very tasty, certainly the best I have eaten in Australia! Really addictive!
Calabria Pizza was good.
Veal Osso Bucco was okay. However, mixed with Mac n' Cheese does not go well together. I was a bit disappointed with this last dish.
Great experience, worth a try !

Was looking for somewhere to dine tonight as many places were closed during the holiday period. Glad we found it open. The place was pretty much full, but we managed to get a table without a booking. The service was good. Waiter attentive and keen to take our order. The dishes came promptly. I had the linguine del mare, partner the risotto primevera. Both these were excellent. My photo of the dishes weren't the best as we were all keen to dive into it. The boys had a Tivoli pizza. They thought it was very good. Good night out.

I had my 80th birthday at Fazio a most enjoyable evening . Food and service could not be faulted. Chef Sam Fazio came to the table to make sure everything was good . Looking forward to my next visit to try out other dishes on the menu.

It's been a few years since last visiting my regular pizza shop and the quality is still as good. Changed pizza this time and that also did not disappoint. Nice atmosphere and prompt service. I shall make a point of returning again more regularly! 👍

A fantastic place to go, the family and I have been going since the 2000's, always the best place to go for celebrations. They have the best wood fired pizza and authentic pasta dishes there. Definitely worth the 5 stars

Enjoyed this delicious crispy skin barramundi with sweet onion gravy and tender leeks. The pizza here is fantastic too! Always amazing dishes and great service at Fazio's. It's one of our favourite restaurants in Hampton! :) We had another beautiful meal tonight! Veal Lasagna & a wood fired pizza! Absolutely love this place it’s true Italian flavors and so deliciously fresh! Always keep me wanting come back for more! One of the best Italian Restaurants in Melbourne and a true hidden gem! 😉

Perfect steak every time. Been coming here 18 years and I don't think I've ever had a complaint.

The pasta and pizza meals were very tasty and served by enthusiastic young staff. It was relatively quiet at 7pm on a Wednesday evening, ensuring quick service.

The prawn pizzas at Fazio’s are second to none. They are fresh, flavourful and simple. Don’t make you feel heavy or too salty. The wood fired bases are soft, bubbly and thin… the way a good pizza base should be.
Honestly some of the best pizza we have had.

Every single staff member greeted me and said goodbye we I left the restaurant. The food was so fresh, I really enjoyed the whole experience.

Great service and pizzas were delicious. A nice casual place for a Sunday afternoon lunch/dinner.

Don't be fooled by the facade, there is a beautifully air-conditioned space in the rear of the shop with ample room for groups.

We were a group of 8 including kids and were comfortably seated.

Waiter was also friendly and helped us decide on portion sizes etc.
Would definitely come back.

An institution! Very reliable, good quality food at very reasonable prices. Atmosphere varies a bit depending on where you sit in the restaurant. The back room is a bit cavernous.

Delicious Italian food! My absolute favourite place to eat in Hampton. Wood fire pizza is amazing, home made gnocchi and pastas remind me of my nonna’s, and their beautiful staff are always so friendly.
