I order a mega pack through deliveroo and most of the chicken pieces were uncooked inside.

Guys. You have the BEST fried chicken by FAR. That's why this is such a sad review. I used to order from you guys a lot. But I have tried to ordering again through the apps and you never accept the order. The last time I got through it got cancelled after waiting so long, because you guys ran out of boned chicken?? Must it take a bad review for you to change? Seriously get your act together! =~(

Ok. So I ordered the chunks. By the price ($14 or so) I thought it would be good value for 6 chicken peices. Turns out they are slightly larger than KFC popcorn chicken. The chips were extremely salty and just typical frozen fried chips. The tenders were cooked well.

However, the big issue was that there really was not much seasoning to the chicken. They cooked the chicken correctly but the lack of seasoning meant very little flavor. Further, because the chips were so salty by comparison the chicken was tasteless. Also no real spices or herbs used. Basically super bland. The tenders were not crunchy at all - somewhere between dull and slightly soggy.

The food was lukewarm by the time I got it, but the chips were much warmer. This suggests the chicken was cooked and had to wait while the chips were cooked, meaning my chicken was much colder.

Very bad experience. Will definitely not come back.

So I order 2xChicken combo an a maxi burger and then they tell me that they don't have any fries an they ask if I want to replace it with onion rings 🤦‍♂ hmmmm alright first of all you don't have fries, second the best thing you could offer was onion rings and then you say thats the only thing you're going to offer no apology no nothing definitely not recommending this place.

They make you wait for hours and then cancel the order. Don’t waste your time here.
