Bunnings Sunshine

Good store. Lovely, helpful staff, lots of specials. Picked up a fire pit for $40. Also got one of those Bunnings Lego like block sets for free. Heaps of parking, lots of stock. All Bunnings set up pretty much the same. Makes it easier to navigate. Just of Saint Albans Rd/ Ballarat Rd. Easy to get to.

I had my car plates stolen last night and it's been a whirlwind to get new ones.
As soon as I walked in with my new plates in my hand, the person at the door knew what I needed and told me which aisle to.
Charlie who was in the aisle, he showed me which screws to get and even installed my new plates so I didn't have to buy the right screwdriver to put the new ones on.
I am so grateful, thank you Charlie & Bunnings Sunshine team 💛

This is my nearest bunnings and at first it was a convenience thing. Now it's a loyalty thing. I'm here so often many of the staff know me and I always get great service and a friendly chat.

Access to this Bunnings store is excellent via Ballarat Rd, Sunshine. Parking is plentiful and access to the trade area is good, though a bit tight if you are not careful.
Service and advice are good from friendly staff and the store has a great range of products.

Can't say anything bad about bunnings....Bunnings is life!
Sausage sizzles are a cherry on top.
I bought a Venus fly trap and a creeping fig, and I haven't killed them yet so....WINNING!

I have to say Luca was a gem today , I was looking for a promotional item and this guy went to extreme lengths to hunt down this item whilst I was on the phone to him.
He looked around the whole store for me thats great customer service and I got the item after all his searches. Thank you Luca you are brilliant 5 stars to you

Well what exceptional service
Hayden and joel both went out of their way to make sure l received my purchase.
Back again today and Hayden greeted me by name and gave me exceptional service. Introduced me to other staff members which made me feel special.
Bunnings what a wonderful job hiring this young man with exceptional manners.
Will go the extra distance just to go to this store.

Better stocked with a wider variety than our local bunnings. Excellent staff. So disappointing as it's too far to visit ad hockey.

I had an easy shopping experience as I received assistance from its friendly staff. They made my shopping hassle less. It is big enough and still nite and tidy. The parking is not an issue as there are plenty room to park a car. It is located at the heart of Sunshine and close to the other shopping centres. Thanks.

Amazing team at Sunshine Bunnings! I would like to make special mention of Antonette who was so patient in hearing me out and then explaining to me on how I could retrieve my receipt which I has lost.
She was very kind and helpful. She not only assisted me with my exchange but also provided advice on what I could do if I encountered issues with the equipment. She was very polite and made me feel welcomed. Thank you very much Antonette. 😊🙏

About a week ago I witnessed one of your employees respond above and beyond what was required.
In front of me was an elderly gentleman purchasing an electric saw. Mathew Hedges was incredibly patient and kind. He took his time to ensure that the elderly man bought what he needed. Mathew then helped me. Mathew then assisted the elderly gentleman to his car.
On the way the man told Mathew that he had lost his wife of 60 years. Mathew stood and listened with kindness and responded empathically. It was truly inspiring to witness. I'm not sure if what Mathew did is in training but you now have 2 loyal customers. It's incidents such as this that make a difference in our world. You have an exemplary employee in Mathew Hedges

Didn’t get his name but a lovely gentleman stocking the shelf in the indoor garden section helped me with great advice on indoor grow lamps.

Today was my 1st visit to this store. I went there because I couldn't find a particular item in several Bunnings stores. I checked its availability online on their website and it was well in stocks at this store. However, when I went there I could find the item I was looking for easily so I asked one of the staff and he quickly helped me out by pulling out the solar lights from the top shelf. I liked the quick support and great customer service.
