Very happy with the quality of our new mattress, base & bedhead. A pleasure to visit their showroom, with no sales person pressure tactics, simply professional, well informed advice and guidance. We were given as much time as we required to try each mattress and eventually decide on the one which was perfect for us. Delivery was an easy process, and the delivery guys quickly removed the old bed and set up our new one. Very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new bed. We are now enjoying restful sleeps each night and waking up refreshed and ready to go. Thanks Mattress Builders.

Purchased 2 x pocket spring mattresses, 1 for home and other for caravan, great people to deal with, delivery was very good and mattresses are very good quality, our only issue is we ordered firm and should have ordered medium firmness, but that was our choice and our old bones will have to live with it. Firstly, the sales consultant in store was a wealth of knowledge and not pushy when it come to making a decision. We purchased our first king single latex mattress from them for our 4 year old 12 months ago and having used this a few times, definitely a better night sleep. We have now returned to get ourselves a king mattress as we spend 30% of our lives sleeping on a mattress, so investment is worth it.

My wife and I are very happy with our Queen Size innerspring mattress and it is showing no signs of sagging after several months of use. We chose the second firmest in the range and it is very comfortable and gives good support. Certainly good value for money but we do have one serious complaint. The mattress has no handles which all our previous mattresses from other suppliers have had, and it is very heavy and difficult to turn over for lack of places to get a good grip. We will never buy a mattress without handles again. We are near the factory and if it was collected and handles fitted you would get a rave review! AND THE MANUFACTURER DID COLLECT THE MATTRESS AND FIT HANDLES. TOP SERVICE GEORGE!

We purchased a New Mattress this week after a friend told us about her Mattress

If they could tell us the Name of her Mattress and i spoke to Mark and he was very

Great customer service from a very knowledgeable and caring owner. A limited range to choose from, makes the experience quick and easy. Our new mattress arrived on time (even early) and we are very happy with it. We bought a medium firmness which is great and provides good support to our ailing bodies. We had a fairly new mattress topper which we use with it giving that little extra softness on the surface as our mattress is one that can be turned, so no comfort layer on the top.
Due to the heaviness of the mattress I am a little concerned over our ability to turn the mattress every 3 months as one reviewer mentioned, there are no handles to grab the mattress with. Never thought of that as we have never turned a mattress in the past.
Overall very pleased and saved $$ on alternative brands.

We recently bought a king size lattex mattress. It is very comfortable to sleep on. We bought a firm top mattress. I love the way you can turn them around by just unzipping the cover. It disassembles easily too, particularly when going up narrow a narrow stair case. The service and delivery was very professional.

We bought a king sized latex pod (firm on one side & medium on the other) with base & headboard in September 2017. Absolutely loved it, so very comfortable. The base & headboard are great looking as well. George is excellent, very helpful & certainly very knowledgeable about his products. Delivery & assembly of our goods by Andrew & his colleague were absolutely spot on and done very professionally. We would definitely recommend Latex Mattress Warehouse to anyone considering a new mattress.

I've never been prompted to write a review on-line before but the product and service that we received from Latex Mattress Warehouse was first class. On my advice my elderly parents recently purchased the same Pocket Pod Mattress from Latex Mattress Warehouse and they had the same experience which prompted me to write the review.
I purchased our Queen Size mattress (and stylish base with drawers which is great for storage) over 2 years ago now and could not be happier with it. My wife loves it more than me!! We can both get into and out of bed now without disturbing each other due to the combination of pocket springs and latex. We both prefer a different firmness in a mattress, I like firm and my wife likes medium which always presented a problem. This brilliant mattress solves this by allowing you to choose a soft, medium or firm latex pad combination for the mattress so we both have our preferred feel.
I did a lot of research into this product and went back to the store a number of times and the owner George and his staff could not have been more helpful and understanding in giving us all the information and time to test the various options.
I was impressed that the latex is made in Belguim rather than China which gave me a higher level of confidence in the quality, yet the prices were significantly below that of lesser quality products in the bigger national retailers.
We don't have too many great customer service experiences these days but we certainly did when buying this mattress. I would recommend anyone in Melbourne looking to purchase a new mattress, particularly a Latex one, to make sure that they include a visit to this store before making a purchase.

I bought a mattress from George about 3 years ago and we love the bed even more now than when we first bought it. It has remain soft, yet firm, which is what we had hoped it would be.
George was brilliant - he even delivered the bed personally, to our home 1 & 1/2 hours out of Melbourne!
A year later I needed to purchase a mattress for my daughter. The same genuine customer service and super efficient delivery was still there.
This week I purchased a base for daughter from George using the website. FANTASTIC customer service and the bed was delivered THE NEXT DAY!!

I visited Mattress Builders as we drive past them all the time. The service instore was marvellous. Very high quality products available at amazing prices. Delivery was same day and every aspect of our transaction was perfect. Couldn't be happier with that side of it. Best thing of all though was sleeping on the new inner spring mattress! It's made such a difference to our sleep and our health. 100% recommend them!

We recently purchased four beds from this brilliant business. We absolutely love our king latex bed, you can tell the quality is amazing. It's our second latex bed, the first was purchased from a major Australian retailer and only lasted around three years as it developed a raised lump right down the middle - obviously not a quality product. The fact the latex mattresses are made in Belgium really appealed to us.
We also purchased three inner sprung beds and bases for our children and they won't stop talking abut how comfortable they are. The bases are brilliant as well because you have the option of adding drawers for extra storage, and they're made in their warehouse. Our teenage son has also had a few friends to stay when we've been away and they too have commented on how comfortable the beds are.
The service we received from George and Mark was top notch and the delivery and installation was no stress at all. They even took away our old mattressses for us. We couldn't recommend this business highly enough. A great place to buy beds!
