Toyworld Ferntree Gully

It might be the smallest Toyworld store I've seen, but they still have a great selection and by far the best service. I went in with a list of my nieces and nephews ages and they helped me with all of my gift selections. Shout out to Anne for being incredibly helpful and patient at what is a crazy-busy time of year (the gifts she helped me select were a hit at our family Christmas party). I got all of my Christmas shopping done in one go and under 30 minutes - can't get better than that!

Have been going to this store since I was a child and have taken my own children in since they were little too. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes the prices may be a little more than department stores, however when you are paying for convenience and friendly, helpful service, it is worth it.

Fantastic service. After trying to order online, and not seeing a click and collect option, I phoned my nearest store to query the $25 delivery fee. I was told delivery was from NT which is why it was so expensive. They could deliver to me for only $12.50 but I chose to use their click and collect option (due to COVID) they offer this service. Staff could not have been more helpful. Paid over the phone and order was ready the same day. Will definitely shop here again.

Yes there still exists old fashioned toy shops with old fashioned service. Pricing is similar to the big department stores. Please support your local business. They've got a big range, a great range, and it's just fun to shop here.

The service at Toyworld Ferntree Gully is just fantastic Sue and the team are great nothing is too much trouble .if you are looking for good quality toys at a reasonable price look no further .
They have a great range of jigsaws as well .
