This doctor self admitted that there is no morality in being a doctor. It's all about the money. This came about when I requested that he not charge my 84 yr old mum for the service not rendered.

The secretary I'm assuming is the wife of the doctor is very rude and disrespectful. Like seriously, where do people like her come from? She talked to me like I was a lesser human then her. This lady really needs to leave her ego at home before going to work. Just because her husband is a doctor, doesn't justify her behaviour towards people. Overall just a very disgusting individual. As for Dr Ho, I really can't say anything bad about him.

Worst customer service ever. Doctor told me to go back to my regular GP. Because I have not been here long ago. Because of my regular GP closed for holiday, so I decide to come here. But charged me money. What a ripped off!

Worst medical clinic ever. I do not have my GP, got blue medicare and they told me I was lying when I said I didn’t have my own GP. The clerk also asking me to come here few times in a year or she would delete my profile, I kept silent since I was too tired and had nothing to deal with her. When I came into the doctor room for him to checked up and filled in my special consideration for uni, he said he wouldn’t do it here because I’m a first timer in the clinic, telling me I was lying and everyone in Australia must have their own GP since their first came(?! No one would be that free to stay whole day at a clinic when they just got a slight fever?). I replied the same that I was busy with my work and study, I do not have any GP because I have never been to a clinic before. He said so he defo wouldn’t write it for me and asked me to go back to my first clinic/doctor which again, I do not have one. What kind of service is it?
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC!

The lady in the office she told me that I had to go back to the doctor few times a year or she will delete my profile. Doctor save people but who in the world wants to see a doctor more?? So rude

Dr. Cong Duong Ho is the worst GP you could be with. Extremely irresponsible, your medicare swipes are all he wanted desperately. I was asked to come twice just to obtain a medical certificate, this is so ridiculous and unacceptable. Hopeless and useless. PLEASE AVOID!!!

Very bad customer service. The way of reception women talked to customer so rude

How this guy is even able to retain his medical license is beyond me.
