Just received my order all the way to nj usa and I can tell why they were in business since '97. The packaging was really impressive and I can tell the item hasn't moved an inch since it left the store which was my biggest concern. The staff are super helpful and friendly here and they had a great selection of Gluten Free/Coeliac food over Christmas which was easy to order online then pick up the next day without any hassle. Great supermarket with excellent layout and a huge variety of Organic cheeses meats and produce which is always very fresh and tempting. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food and there’s also a great health care area with organic and natural cosmetics etc..I definitely recommend a visit if you haven’t been, you will love this place.

I ordered online from a state away and I was blown away by the customer service. I made a mistake with understanding the free postage and when I contacted them they were perfectly understanding. A couple of items needed substituting because the stock ran out, I was contacted and had the nicest chat with the dispatch fella. When my box came it was packed lovingly-yes lovingly, with little areas cordoned off, packing peanuts and each item was wrapped to ensure it wasn’t gonna break in transit. I even got a handwritten note and a little gift. If only every customer service experience was like this…These guys are so fabulous. I will be ordering from them again! Utility companies take note!

Grear amount fo product choices, and there is always something new to discover. Very pricey, the staff man there is following closely all the customers within the shop and monitors every gesture of the client. You feel like being more a potential shop lifter than a client.
The naturopath is very friendly and loves to guide you with perfect advices and tips.
This is a great place to shop from time to time.

This is where we buy the best gluten free pasta, Bia-glut from. Getting it from Victoria to Queensland, in reasonable time, is a challenge for Australia Post though.

Staff are incredibly helpful and always willing to answer questions. Jay in particular has a wealth of knowledge and offer suggestions with a smile and never making you feel uncomfortable

This has been my go to shop for years then I moved over an hour away but they have fantastic online delivery service! I have fructose malabsorption and adopt a mostly plant based diet and shopping here is so easy, all products have coloured dots to help you understand what’s better or ok for you. Then there is an entire nutrition section at the back, it’s a great store with really lovely people. Thank you 🙏

Very good place to buy specific products, gluten free, sugar free, etc. The service is nice and they always have new stuff coming. Not a place to buy the regulars because it’s a lit bit more expensive then the for eu stores, but it’s a very good place to buy the specific stuff that you need.

The customer service here is beyond outstanding. We received some leaky water bottles in an online order and they replaced them very quickly with no fuss. Highly recommended
