Generous portions and authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
So much beef vs noodle ratio in the Phő, spring rolls are pocket rocket delicious in the Bun.
Grilled pork are tender and full of fragrant when combined with the broken rice.
These are all the top sellers for a reason.
Lovely cafe bench seatings atmosphere also.

Amazing restaurant with very friendly staff, a huge range of food, and a short waiting time. It’s very clean and has a great atmosphere. We ate the spicy beef combination noodle soup and wonton noodle soup, which were both very good.

We had their signature BBH and Bun with spring roll/grilled meat. Both Buns were reasonably priced, delicious, nicely portioned with ample accompanying fresh vegetables which balanced our meals nicely. We also very much enjoyed the friendly service in an inviting, calm, clean, spacious and comfortable environment, for one to relax and unwind.

PHO-get about hunting down a Springvale restaurant with outdoor seating, Bun Bo Hue Chu Le is CHU-LE PHO-fils everything you could possibly want in a Vietnamese joint 🤤

On the menu:
🍜 Bun bo hue
🐮 Beef pho with fatty beef cuts

BROTH-taking food, PHO-nomenal pricing (i.e. classic Asian restaurant prices) and undercover outdoor seating so it's dog friendly!! IT'S SO PHO-KING GOOD 😍 I have very PHO-nd memories of the table next to us who even brought a doggo bed PHO their furry friend 🐾 Unfortunately we don't provide this kind of service for @theadventuresof_stitch so he sat on my lap the entire time instead (evident from the PHO-to) 🙄

This post is PHO sure the easiest post I have ever written. I hope you found it at least a little PHO-nny 🤭

Couldn’t help but have their BBH again. Missed the taste. Yummy 😋

June 2023
Back for another dose of BBH. This time Dac Biet
Yummy

Enjoyed Uncle Le’s BBH & HT NamVang. So yummy the broth. Friendly, welcoming, smiling faces and interesting map on the far wall with currencies from across the world.
Will return to try their other dishes

Really enjoyed the meal here. We ordered a mix of pork and prawn spring rolls, lemongrass chilli chicken and Beef Pho. All of the food was delicious, as was the jasmine tea. Really good prices. Service is super quick and food is fresh. Only downside was that the bathroom was closed due to some issues, so was a little annoying. We will be back again for sure!

Large and comfortable Vietnamese restaurant. Enjoyed sitting on the large red chairs were soft and cushy. Great homely environemnt with the TV playing in the background. The decoration felt quite cool - there was a map of the world with all the different currencies, lots of fine liquor and the owner seems to be a Chelsea FC fan. The BBH is where it is at though!!!

Ordered
BBH ($16.00) - mmmmmmmmmmm. This was the best BBH I have ever had and I have had a lot of BBH. So much lemongrass goodness!!! It just made you mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ahhhhh, and then mmmmm again with every slurp. My soul was soothed +++++!!. The noodles where adante and perfect. The oily film on the top was flavourful and perfect. The spice level was perfect. The beef slices were tender and perfect. Perfection!!!

Bun thit nuong cha gio ( grilled pork and spring roll vermicelli) ($17). This dish was a miss as the bun, the most important part of the dish was served too warm and felt overcooked. The springrolls and pork were freshly fried and the vegetables were crisp adding texture. Wished the bun was better! Unfortunately on our first order there was a fly in the dish which is understandable for a busy restaurant. This was quickly replaced with everything freshly fried.

Com tam dac biet: classic flavours and a good version. Appreciate the 2 eggs!

Pho dac biet: ahhhh so homely. Not the best I've ever had but this is a reliable pho that you can enjoy and feel stuffed. Great herbaceous and beefy flavours to be had here!

Overall order the BBH - you will be blown away!!! Will continue to try dishes and update the review!

Very friendly staff, food was quick and tasty. We had the beef pho and a crispy chicken noodle soup, the pho was definitely the winner. The chicken was crispy however soup was a more subtle flavor. Generous portions. The place is clean and the owners have put effort into the decor. Large place would suit large groups too.

Fantastic food and service. Was amazed how quick the food came out. All of what we had was great. I tried the the lemongrass chili chicken and it was amazing. I’ve tried many restaurants in Springvale and this one is up there. They are also licensed.

Have been to a lot of Pho and Bun Bo Hue shops in Springvale. Had been a while since going to Chu Le when they were in the original spot, just felt a bit too cramped for my liking. They have made an excellent choice moving next to the ANZ building. So much more comfortable and I had forgotten how good the Pho and Bun bo hue is here.

Clean soup that doesn't leave you needing to drink tons of water afterwards because it was packed with too much MSG.

I came during the week for lunch and was served almost immediately. Generous servicings of sliced beef, plus the mint, bean shouts, chilli and slice of lemon. Chilli and Oyster sauce containers were clean and didn't have the hard bits of sauce on the tips which put me off using them.

Look like I may be converting to my new go to Pho shop in Springvale. Heads up there is a credit card surcharge so bring cash to avoid it.

Consistently tasty, spacious and friendly atmosphere. Great for prams and we love sitting in the comfy cushion booths. Kids love the 3 colour drink and 2 pork chop on broken rice. Highly recommend the bun bo hue and the broken rice. Portions are good sized for the price. The soup noodles are served steamy, just the way it should be and taste great with a dash of chilli from the table's tray of condiments. Yummy!

The Pho was exceptional and the best I have had in a few years. Service was friendly and efficient. It was worth travelling the distance and will come back again to try others on the menu.

Every-time I drive to Springvale, i end up at that restaurant for lunch - its clean and has a nice vibe to it.

The quail dish was excellent and so was the wonton soup. What id recommend is use less Ajinomoto salt in the broth 🙂

Love the fact that they still serve complimentary tea on the table. Some restaurants don’t provide it anymore and its a shame.

Food arrived pretty quick and piping hot. Plenty of noodles and soup. Soup was not too spicy and a bit sweet but warmed me up.

Would rate this place 10/10 if I could. So fresh, so tasty, impeccable service and a lovely clean and well kept restaurant.

It is a MUST try restaurant for authentic Vietnamese.
