I have been to David jones valentino store on 15/03/2022 to purchase a belt & hand bag. Two ladies very busy in having their personal conversation not even bothered to greet customer. Stood there for couple of mins waiting for them to finish their talk no response. I was annoyed and left to chadstone where customer service as exceptional and ended up buying a belt. Why do you hire such people ? seriously guys - David jones cbd (valentino store)
